NATURAL GAS SERVICES
BUSINESS SEGMENTS
The Natural Gas Services segment’s portfolio is
geographically diverse, with a mix of fee and
commodity based businesses. Its commodity
position is substantially hedged for a multi-year
period and thereby provides stability to cash fows
in support of distributions.
This segment boasts a signifcant presence spanning
from the offshore Gulf Coast through Southeast Texas, East
Texas, Northern Louisiana, to the Midcontinent, the Rockies,
and the Antrim Shale in Michigan. Our diverse geographic
footprint is a strong attribute as it provides us with access
to multiple resource plays, both oil and gas, as well as
conventional and unconventional plays.
Each of our assets in this segment claims an attractive
market position, with an aggregate of over 900 million cubic
feet per day (MMcf/d) of net processing capacity, over 500
MMcf/d net treating capacity, and approximately 5,300 miles

of pipeline. In total, the Natural Gas Services segment consists
of eleven processing plants, two fractionators, fve treaters, one
owned natural gas storage facility and one leased natural gas
storage facility.
We continued executing on our multi-faceted growth strategy,
with an emphasis on co-investment with our general partner:
• In addition to our existing assets, we are constructing a
200 MMcf/d cryogenic natural gas processing plant in
the Eagle Ford shale that we expect to be completed
in 2012.
• We recently completed the dropdown of the remaining
49.9 percent interest in the East Texas joint venture
from DCP Midstream. The East Texas system is a natural
gas processing complex near Carthage, Texas, currently
processing approximately 550 MMcf/d, a 11,000 barrels
per day fractionator and over 900 miles of gathering line.
This transaction closed on January 3, 2012.
Natural gas liquids extracted at the Ada plant are delivered to the Partnership’s
Black Lake NGL pipeline.
