Javed Ahmed
Javed Ahmed is the former chief executive officer of Tate & Lyle PLC, a global provider of solutions and ingredients for food, beverage and industrial markets. Prior to this role, he spent 17 years with Benckiser NV (later Reckitt Benckiser Group plc), a leading consumer products group, in a number of senior roles. He began his career with Procter & Gamble before spending five years with Bain & Co. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from Williams College.
Robert C. Arzbaecher
Robert C. Arzbaecher has served as chairman of the board of Actuant Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of industrial products and systems, since 2001 and as president and chief executive officer of the corporation from 2000 until January 2014. From 1992 until 2000, he held various financial positions with Applied Power, Inc., Actuant's predecessor, the most recent of which was chief financial officer. Prior to 1992, he held various financial positions with Grabill Aerospace, Farley Industries, and Grant Thornton, a public accounting firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is also a director of Fiduciary Management, Inc. mutual funds.
William Davisson
William Davisson served as the chief executive officer of GROWMARK, Inc., one of CF Industries, Inc.'s former cooperative owners, from 1998 through 2010. He has served as a member of CF Industries' board of directors since 1998 and was chairman of the company's board from 2002 to 2004. He has worked in the GROWMARK system his entire career, since 1970. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
John W. Eaves
John W. Eaves has served as chief executive officer of Arch Coal, Inc., a top coal producer for the global steel and power generation industries, since 2012 and has been a member of its board of directors since 2006. From 1987 until 2012, he held various positions with Arch Coal including president and chief operating officer; senior vice president of marketing; and vice president of marketing and president of Arch Coal Sales, the company’s marketing subsidiary. Prior to joining Arch Coal in 1987, he held various marketing-related positions at Diamond Shamrock Coal Company and Natomas Coal Company. He serves on the boards of the National Association of Manufacturers and the National Mining Association.
Stephen A. Furbacher
Chairman
Stephen A. Furbacher served as president and chief operating officer of Dynegy Inc., a provider of wholesale power, capacity, and ancillary services to utilities, cooperatives, municipalities, and other energy companies, from August 2005 until December 2007 and as executive vice president of Dynegy's previously owned natural gas liquids business segment from September 1996 to August 2005. He joined Dynegy in May 1996, just prior to Dynegy's acquisition of Chevron's midstream business. Before joining Dynegy, he served as president of Warren Petroleum Company, Chevron's natural gas liquids division. He is CF Industries’ Chairman of the Board.
Stephen J. Hagge
Stephen J. Hagge served as president and chief executive officer of AptarGroup since 2012. He served as chief operating officer of AptarGroup from 2008 to 2011 and as chief financial officer, executive vice president and secretary from 1993 to 2011. AptarGroup is a leading global supplier of innovative dispensing systems for the fragrance/cosmetic, personal care, pharmaceutical, household and food/beverage markets. He holds a BS degree in accounting from Illinois State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
John D. Johnson
John D. Johnson served as president and chief executive officer of CHS Inc. (formerly CENEX Harvest States), one of CF Industries, Inc.'s former cooperative owners, from 2000 through 2010. He has served as a member of CF Industries' board of directors since 2000 and was its chairman from 2004 until completion of the Initial Public Offering. He joined Harvest States, a predecessor to CHS, in 1976, and he was its president and chief executive officer from 1995 to 1998. From 1998 to 2000, he was general manager and president of CHS.
Anne P. Noonan
Anne P. Noonan has served as president, Performance Chemicals, of Omnova Solutions, a global provider of emulsion polymers, specialty chemicals and decorative and functional surfaces, since 2014. Ms. Noonan previously held several positions of increasing responsibility with Chemtura Corporation, a global, specialty chemicals company, from 1987 through 2014, including most recently as senior vice president and president of Chemtura's Industrial Engineered Products business.
Michael J. Toelle
Michael J. Toelle is the owner of T & T Farms, a diversified farming company. He is a former board chairman and longtime board member of CHS, Inc., the largest cooperative business in the United States. He also served as a board member for Cenex, Inc., before it merged with Harvest States Cooperatives to create CHS in 1998. He has been a member of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company’s board of directors since 2013. He previously served as a director for the Agricultural Council of America and Country Partners Cooperative. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Theresa E. Wagler
Theresa E. Wagler has served as chief financial and executive vice president of Steel Dynamics, Inc., one of the largest domestic steel producers and metals recyclers in the United States, since 2007 and 2009, respectively. She also serves as Steel Dynamics’ principal accounting officer. She has held various positions of increasing responsibility since joining Steel Dynamics in 1998. Prior to joining Steel Dynamics, she served as assistant corporate controller for Fort Wayne National Bank and as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young LLP.
Celso L. White
Celso L. White is the global chief supply chain officer at Molson Coors Brewing Company. He is responsible for all aspects of the supply chain at Molson Coors from grain fields to finished product retailer distribution, including procurement; operations; planning; logistics and distribution; environmental health and safety; engineering; and technical innovation. Prior to this role, he was the company's vice president of international supply chain. He serves on the board of Colorado UpLift based in Denver, Colorado.
W. Anthony Will
Tony Will has served as the president and chief executive officer and as a member of the board of directors of CF Industries Holdings, Inc. since January 2014. Mr. Will joined CF Industries in 2007 as the company’s first vice president, corporate development. He was promoted to vice president, manufacturing and distribution in 2009 and senior vice president, manufacturing and distribution in 2012.

Mr. Will is a member of the Business Roundtable and serves on the board of directors of the National Association of Manufacturers, International Fertilizer Industry Association and The Fertilizer Institute.

Prior to joining CF Industries, Mr. Will was a partner at Accenture Ltd., a global management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing company. Earlier in his career, he held positions as vice president, business development at Sears, Roebuck and Company and vice president, strategy and corporate development at Fort James Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Will was a manager with the Boston Consulting Group, a global management consulting firm.

Mr. Will holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University and an M.M. degree (M.B.A.) from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Senior Management

W. Anthony Will
President and Chief Executive Officer
Tony Will has served as the president and chief executive officer and as a member of the board of directors of CF Industries Holdings, Inc. since January 2014. Mr. Will joined CF Industries in 2007 as the company’s first vice president, corporate development. He was promoted to vice president, manufacturing and distribution in 2009 and senior vice president, manufacturing and distribution in 2012.

Mr. Will is a member of the Business Roundtable and serves on the board of directors of the National Association of Manufacturers, International Fertilizer Industry Association and The Fertilizer Institute.

Prior to joining CF Industries, Mr. Will was a partner at Accenture Ltd., a global management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing company. Douglas C. Barnard
Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary
Doug Barnard is senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary. He joined CF Industries in January 2004. Prior to that, he had been an executive vice president and general counsel of Bcom3 Group, Inc. Earlier, he served as a partner in the law firm of Kirkland and Ellis and, prior to that, as vice president, general counsel, and secretary of LifeStyle Furnishings International Ltd. He holds a B.S. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
Christopher D. Bohn
Senior Vice President, Manufacturing and Distribution
Chris Bohn was elected Senior Vice President, Manufacturing and Distribution, in December 2015. Mr. Bohn previously led the company’s supply chain group, a position he had held since January 2014. Prior to that, he had been vice president, corporate planning, since October 2010. He joined CF Industries in September 2009 as director, corporate planning and analysis. Prior to joining CF Industries, Mr. Bohn served as chief financial officer for Hess Print Solutions. Earlier in his career, he was vice president global financial planning and analysis for Merisant Worldwide, Inc. Mr. Bohn earned his BS degree in Finance at Indiana University and also holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Bert A. Frost
Senior Vice President, Sales, Market Development and Supply Chain
Bert Frost is Senior Vice President, Sales, Market Development and Supply Chain. He joined CF Industries in November 2008. Prior to that, he was with Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), one of the largest agricultural processors in the world, where he had served as managing director, International Fertilizer and Inputs based in Switzerland since early in 2008. Earlier, he was director of the Fertilizer, Logistics, and Ports divisions for ADM based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Frost holds a B.S. degree in Business from Kansas State University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.
Adam L. Hall
Vice President, Corporate Development
Adam Hall joined CF Industries as vice president, corporate development, in June 2013.

Prior to joining CF Industries, Hall served as executive director, corporate strategy & development with Bunge Limited, where he led global strategy, mergers & acquisitions and the development of new growth initiatives. Prior to his recent role with Bunge, he worked in a number of countries in positions with several international companies, including Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm, and LEK Consulting, a global strategy consulting firm. Hall began his career as a corporate attorney with the law firm of Clayton Utz in Perth, Australia.

Hall earned undergraduate degrees in law and commerce from the University of Western Australia and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Richard A. Hoker
Vice President and Corporate Controller
Rich Hoker has served as the company's vice president and corporate controller since November 2007, when he joined the company. Prior to joining CF Industries, he was vice president and controller and principal accounting officer for Sara Lee Corporation. Earlier in his career, he held various positions at Coopers & Lybrand LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree in accounting from DePaul University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago.
David P. Hopkins
Managing Director, CF Fertilisers UK
David Hopkins has served as the company's managing director, CF Fertilisers UK, since October 2015, overseeing the company's operations in the United Kingdom. Mr. Hopkins previously served as the company's director of sales, and has more than 30 years of industry experience. He has a degree in agriculture from Reading University and a diploma in company direction from the Institute of Directors in London.
Terrell D. Huch
Vice President, Supply Chain
Terry Huch was named vice president, supply chain, of CF Industries in January 2016. Mr. Huch previously served as senior director of financial evaluations & analysis and director, raw materials and procurement. He joined CF in 2009 as senior director of investor relations and corporate communications. Huch holds a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University and an MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
Dennis P. Kelleher
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Dennis Kelleher is senior vice president and chief financial officer. Kelleher joined CF Industries in August 2011. Prior to that, he had been vice president, portfolio and strategy for BP plc's upstream business. Earlier, he served as chief financial officer for Pan American Energy, LLC, and in other financial positions in the operations of BP plc and Amoco Corporation. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and an M.M. degree (M.B.A) from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Ashraf K. Malik
Vice President, Site Operations
Ashraf Malik joined CF Industries as vice president, site operations, in January 2012 and has direct leadership responsibility for the company’s Courtright, Medicine Hat, Verdigris, Woodward and Yazoo City Nitrogen Complexes and distribution facilities.

Malik brings to CF Industries nearly 25 years of experience within the chemical industry. He most recently served as manufacturing director at GrowHow UK Ltd., where he led manufacturing operations at two world-scale nitrate facilities in northern England. Prior to GrowHow, Ashraf managed site operations at Terra Industries’ Billingham, England, Nitrogen Complex. He started his career with ICI PLC, a global chemicals manufacturer, where he progressed through a series of positions with increasing responsibility in manufacturing and engineering.

He is a member of the Institute of Engineering & Technology, London, and the UK Engineering Council. He is a chartered engineer and holds a first class honors degree in Control, Instrumentation & Systems Engineering from The City University, London.
Eugene M. McCluskey
Vice President, Tax
Gene McCluskey joined CF Industries in April 2012 as vice president, tax. He previously served in senior level tax positions with Hewitt Associates, The Mosaic Company and FMC Corporation. He began his career as an attorney with a Chicago-based law firm specializing in structured U.S. and international mergers and acquisition transactions. McCluskey holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from St. Norbert College, a law degree from the DePaul College of Law and a master’s degree in taxation from Chicago Kent College of Law.
Michael P. McGrane
Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and Assistant Secretary
Mike McGrane was named vice president, chief compliance officer, and assistant secretary of CF Industries in January 2016. He joined CF Industries in 2011 as associate general counsel and assistant secretary. Prior to joining CF Industries, Mr. McGrane was an attorney at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, where his practice concentrated on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance, and general corporate and securities law matters. Mr. McGrane holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Susan L. Menzel
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Sue Menzel joined CF Industries as senior vice president, human resources, in October 2017.

Prior to joining CF Industries, Menzel served as executive vice president, human resources for CNO Financial Group. Prior to CNO, she served as senior vice president, human resources for APAC Customer Services, Inc., and in roles of increasing responsibility for Sears, Roebuck & Company and Montgomery Ward, Inc.

Menzel holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and economics from Augustana College.
Rosemary L. O'Brien
Vice President, Public Affairs
Rosemary O'Brien has served as the company's vice president, public affairs since 1984, following key management roles in CF Industries' public affairs area. O'Brien joined the company in 1978, following service with the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives. She holds a B.A. degree in Education/History from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. from American University.
Daniel L. Swenson
Vice President, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary
Dan Swenson was named Vice President, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of CF Industries in April 2015. Prior to this appointment, he served as senior director, investor relations and corporate communications since joining CF Industries in 2012. Prior to joining CF Industries, Swenson led investor relations at Cooper Industries plc and Rockwell Collins, Inc. He spent the first decade of his career in investment banking, executing capital market financing transactions on behalf of clients in a variety of industries.

Swenson earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
