Brett A. Gallion
Brett A. Gallion Brett joined CSB in 2004 while attending West Holmes High School, working in CSB's Marketing Department and banking centers. He continued his employment at CSB, serving as the Berlin Banking Center Manager, while attending college. He graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude in August 2010, and graduated from The School of Banking with Honors in August of 2017. Brett has served as AVP/Project Analyst, AVP/Project Manager, VP/Senior Information Officer, and SOO/SIO. As SVP/ COO / CIO, Brett leads all bank operations, information technology and services, and Retail Services. Brett is a board member and current President of Historic Downtown Millersburg and is active throughout the Holmes County community.

Paula J. Meiler Paula serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank. She joined CSB in 2004 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Kent State University.
Andrea R. Miley
Andrea R. Miley
Andrea R. Miley Andrea serves as Senior Vice President/Senior Risk Officer of The Commercial & Savings Bank. She began her banking career while attending Otterbein College and later graduated from Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She spent fifteen years in banking then worked for the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions from 2009 to early 2016. Andrea serves as a board member on Leadership Tuscarawas.

Harland Bud Stebbins
Harland Bud Stebbins Bud serves as Senior Vice President, Senior Loan Officer. He joined the Bank in 2001 as a Commercial Lender and was promoted to First Vice President, Senior Loan Officer in 2006. Prior to joining CSB, he spent three years as a bank examiner with the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Financial Institutions and five years with a regional bank. He graduated cum laude from Walsh University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management with a major in finance. Bud continues to provide leadership for our commercial lending team in promoting customized service and convenience for our business customers in all counties we serve. Bud is a board member for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Holmes County Great Strides Walk, the Hardwood Furniture Guild and the Harvest Ridge Events Center. He serves as chairman on his church finance committee and is a committee member/adult leader for Boy Scout Troop 939.

Eddie Steiner Eddie has served as a director of CSB since 2001 and became the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer in 2006. He is also President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, The Commercial & Savings Bank. Eddie’s industry involvement includes currently serving as a Director on the boards of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and the Ohio Bankers League. He previously served on the Banking Commission of the State of Ohio from 2013-2018, having been appointed by Governor John R. Kasich. He also served on the Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council (CDIAC) for the Federal Reserve Board of Governors (2013-2015) and on the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland's CDIAC (2011-2015). Eddie’s current civic involvement includes serving on the boards of the Wayne Economic Development Council and Main Street Wooster. He is also a Director and chair of the Audit Committee of the Western Reserve Group, a mutual insurance company located in Wooster, Ohio. Eddie is a licensed CPA and a graduate of the ABA's Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Prior to joining CSB, he served for 17 years in senior management at Smith Dairy Products Company (nka Smith Foods).

Robert Baker Robert has served as a director of CSB since 2001 and Chairman of the Board of CSB since 2016. He has been Assistant Secretary/Treasurer and Controller of Bakerwell, Inc., a privately owned gas and oil company, since 1983. He maintains an inactive certified public accounting license in the State of Ohio and began his professional career as a staff accountant at Ernst & Whinney in Youngstown, Ohio. His education background in accounting, business ownership experiences in the north central Ohio business market, and his knowledge and experience as a director of CSB, allow him to provide continued financial and regional business expertise to the Board of Directors.

Vikki Briggs
Vikki Briggs Ms. Briggs was elected as a director of CSB and The Commercial & Savings Bank on January 25, 2018. She serves on the Bank’s ALCO and Trust Committees. Ms. Briggs is the Program Coordinator for the Applied Methods and Research Experience (“AMRE”) for the College of Wooster, with responsibility for marketing the AMRE program to local and regional businesses. Previously, Ms. Briggs was associated with Sun Life Financial in its Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts, and Cleveland, Ohio, offices over a sixteen year period in increasing capacities. Ms. Briggs currently serves on the following non-profit boards: Wayne Center for the Arts, Great Decisions of Wayne County, and the Montessori School of Wooster. Ms. Briggs obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Tufts University located in Medford, Massachusetts. Ms. Briggs’s education, community involvement and marketing expertise will allow her to provide continued business expertise to the Board of Directors.

Julian Coblentz Julian was elected as a director of CSB in 2015. He currently serves as Vice President of Coblentz Distributing, Inc. and is the Operations Manager at Walnut Creek Foods, a Division of Coblentz Distributing, a position he has held since 2002. From 2000 through 2002, Julian worked as a financial advisor in the trust and brokerage department at CSB Bancorps subsidiary, The Commercial & Savings Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Malone College (now University) and is a life-long resident of Holmes County. He serves as a Trustee of the Holmes County Education Foundation and is active in the community.

Cheryl Kirkbride Ms. Kirkbride was elected as a director of CSB and The Commercial & Savings Bank on January 25, 2018. She serves on CSB’s Audit Committee, as well as the Bank’s ALCO Committee. Ms. Kirkbride is a Partner at the Kropf Wagner Law Firm, LLP, in Orrville, Ohio. She also currently serves the City of Orrville as its Law Director and the Village of Smithville as Solicitor. Ms. Kirkbride obtained a B.A. in English from John Carroll University, a teaching certificate from College of Wooster and was magna cum laude University of Akron Law School. Ms. Kirkbride’s experience as an attorney and knowledge of the business community will allow her to provide continued legal and business insight to the Board of Directors.

Thomas Lang
Thomas Lang Tom has served as a director of CSB since 1993. He is a veterinarian and dairy farmer and is a co-owner and operator of Spring Hill Farm. His attributes, skills, and qualifications developed through his education and agricultural ownership experiences in the local business market as well as his knowledge and experience as a director of CSB, allow him to provide continued regional agricultural business and leadership expertise to the Board of Directors.

Jeffery Robb Jeff has served as a director of CSB since 2001. He is currently President of Robb Companies, Inc. located in Hebron, Ohio, a privately owned firm. He is a licensed auctioneer in the State of Ohio, maintains an inactive certified public accountant license in the State of Ohio and is a former director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Jeff is the retired President and CEO of Proctor, Robb and Company, CPA, an accounting firm that specialized in the banking and thrift industry. His educational background in accounting and his professional experiences as an executive officer, director and bank service provider, allow him to provide continued financial and bank specific expertise to the Board of Directors. Jeff served in the United States Army as an armor officer and is a Vietnam veteran.
