Chairman, President & CEO, Limestone Bank
 John T. Taylor John T. Taylor joined Limestone Bancorp, Inc. as its President and Limestone Bank as its Chief Executive Officer in July 2012.

Prior to that, Mr. Taylor served as President and Chief Executive Officer of American Founders Bank, Inc. and American Founders Bancorp, Inc. in Lexington, Ky. since 2007. Prior to joining American Founders Bank, he served in senior management positions with increasing responsibility for PNC Bank, N.A., including as president of its Ohio/Northern Kentucky region for six years. He has more than 28 years of banking experience in Kentucky and Ohio.

Mr. Taylor has a solid history in leading organizations with a clear vision and strategy to build long-term enterprise value. He also has strong roots in Kentucky with significant experience in key banking markets. In Sept. 2015, Mr. Taylor became a member of the Kentucky Bankers Association board of directors.

Mr. Taylor is a graduate of University of Kentucky, where he earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration.

 Phillip W. Barnhouse Phil Barnhouse became Limestone Bancorp, Inc.'s Chief Financial Officer in 2012 and has served as Chief Financial Officer of Limestone Bank since 2006. Mr. Barnhouse served as Chief Operating Officer of Limestone Bank from 2013 to 2018.

He served as Chief Financial Officer of Ascencia Bank from 1998 until it was merged into Limestone Bank in 2005. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Barnhouse worked with Arthur Andersen LLP, where he managed the audits of public and private companies.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting at Western Kentucky University and a diploma from The Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Mr. Barnhouse is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants.

John R. Davis
Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer, Limestone Bank
 John R. Davis

John R. Davis became Chief Credit Officer of Limestone Bank in Sept. 2012. He is responsible for establishing and executing the bank’s credit quality policies and overseeing credit administration.

Mr. Davis previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of American Founders Bank, Inc. and American Founders Bancorp, Inc. of Lexington, Ky. Before joining American Founders Bank in 2005, he served for 17 years in various commercial lending and credit administration positions of increasing authority with National City Bank.

Mr. Davis earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Louisville, a master’s degree in business administration from Bellarmine University, and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

 Joseph C. Seiler

The appointment of Joseph C. Seiler as Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Banking for Limestone Bank became effective Aug. 2013 following regulatory approval.

Mr. Seiler most recently served as Executive Vice President, asset resolution team, of PNC Bank, Inc. in Louisville, Ky. Prior to joining PNC Bank in 2009, he served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director, investment real estate group, for National City Bank of Louisville, Ky. Prior to joining the real estate group, he held a variety of positions in several commercial banking groups at National City Bank.

He holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Centre College in Danville, Ky., and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Louisville. Mr. Seiler is also actively involved in professional and civic organizations in Louisville, Ky., and serves as treasurer for the Jefferson County Public Education Foundation.

 Stephanie Renner

Stephanie Renner is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Limestone Bank, where she is responsible for compliance and regulatory matters, management of non-collection related litigation and day-to-day legal support. Ms. Renner also serves as the Corporate Secretary for Limestone Bank and Limestone Bancorp, Inc.

Ms. Renner assumed this role with Limestone Bank in April 2014. She joined the bank in August 2012 as Director of Risk Management. Previously, she served as the Head of Compliance and Administration for American Founders Bank, Inc. in Lexington, Ky. Prior to joining American Founders Bank in 2010, Ms. Renner practiced law at Stites and Harbison, PLLC in Lexington, Ky. and Bryan Cave, LLP in Santa Monica, Calif

Ms. Renner holds a bachelor’s degree from Anderson University and a Juris Doctor from The University of Notre Dame Law School. She is active in the Louisville, Ky. community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Valley Region March of Dimes and as co-chair for the 2015 March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction. She is also a member of Second Presbyterian Church, a 2014 graduate of Focus Louisville, and a 2014 Business First Forty Under 40 honoree.

William Glenn Hogan

Mr. Hogan is founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hogan Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate development company headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. Hogan Real Estate provides real estate services for retailers, institutional and private property owners and investors. Mr. Hogan has over twenty five years of real estate development experience and has developed millions of square feet of retail space in the Midwest and Southeast. Mr. Hogan is a certified commercial investment member and is past President of the Kentucky State CCIM Chapter. Mr. Hogan brings executive decision making and risk assessment skills as a result of his experience in the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Hogan's experience in real estate development is especially important as we manage through the current downturn. Mr. Hogan also brings to us experience and skills in the banking industry and governance perspective and experience from his previous service on the Board of Directors of two other community banks based in Louisville. Mr. Hogan served as a director of US Wireless Online, Inc. from August 2005 until May 2006.

Michael Tyler Levy
Michael T. Levy is President of Muirfield Insurance, LLC, a Lexington, Kentucky insurance brokerage firm. An owner of Bluewater Farm, LLC, Mr. Levy is active in breeding and selling Thoroughbreds and has served in the past as a board member of the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association and Breeders Cup, Ltd. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
Bradford T. Ray
Mr. Ray served in various leadership roles at Steel Technologies, Inc. from 1981 to 2010, including as CEO beginning in 1999 and as Chairman beginning in 2002. He served as an advisor to Steel Technologies, Inc. from 2010 to 2012. He has been a consultant with BTR Advisory Services since 2012 and has been an independent director at Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. since December 10, 2014. Mr. Ray serves on the Board of Trustees of Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky.
Dr. Edmond J. Seifried
Dr. Edmond J. Seifried is a principal in Seifried & Brew LLC, a community bank education center in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Dr. Seifried is also Professor Emeritus at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, where he has served on the faculty of the Department of Economics and Business since 2006. Dr. Seifried previously served as Chief Economist and Economic Advisor for Sheshunoff Consulting and Solutions, a national bank consulting firm; Dean of the Banking Schools of both the Virginia and West Virginia Bankers Associations, and on the faculty of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Seifried received a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, a master’s degree from the University of Connecticut, and a doctorate degree from West Virginia University, all in economics.
James M. Parsons
James M. Parsons is the Chief Financial Officer of Ball Homes, LLC, a residential real estate development firm headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky with operations in Kentucky and Tennessee. Mr. Parsons has served with Ball Homes since 2005. Mr. Parsons previously served as President and CEO of ONB Insurance Group. Mr. Parsons earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from West Virginia University.
Celia P. Catlett
Celia Catlett is the General Counsel of Texas Roadhouse, a position she has held since 2013. She first joined the organization in 2005, and has served as Corporate Secretary since 2011. Prior to joining Texas Roadhouse, Ms. Catlett practiced law in New York City. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in communications, and earned her juris doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. In 2014 Ms. Catlett was named one of Louisville Business First’s Forty Under 40, and recognized by the Kentucky Governor’s office as an Outstanding Kentuckian. In 2016 Catlett was named as the Enterprising Woman to Watch by Louisville Business First.
