Sustainability Governance

The successful implementation, execution and management of sustainability at Restaurant Brands International begins with our effective governance structure. Our Chief Corporate Affairs Officer is responsible for our sustainability framework and strategy, with oversight from our Chief Executive Officer.

The importance of sustainability at Restaurant Brands International is also reflected in key performance indicators linked to annual performance incentives that are developed for teams across our business, including individuals in supply chain and nutrition.

Our commitment to sustainability and acting responsibly is also communicated in our Code of Business Ethics and Conduct for Non-Restaurant Employees and the Restaurant Brands International Code of Business Ethics and Conduct for Vendors.

Sustainability Process

Our Sustainability Process is a continuous and evolving cycle of setting policies, implementing strategies, engaging with stakeholders, and measuring and reporting outcomes, each step of which is rooted in our Sustainability Guiding Principles.
