    On October 7, 2020, G. Malpass Durkee notified the Board of Directors of Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc., or the Company, of his resignation from the Boards of Directors of the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pacific Premier Bank, as well as from any committees of such Boards of Directors on which he served. Prior to his resignation, Mr. Durkee was a member of the Enterprise Risk Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors. A copy of Mr. Durkee’s resignation letter is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
