On July 29, 2020, HomeStreet, Inc. ("HomeStreet" or the "Company"), entered into an amendment to the existing Executive Employment Agreement with each of Mark K. Mason, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Godfrey B. These amendments extend the term of each of the existing agreements to six years from the effective date, or January 25, 2024. The amendments will be filed as exhibits to the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ending September 30, 2020, and the foregoing description is qualified by reference to such amendments.
