Item 7.01     Regulation FD Disclosure

Today, Heritage Financial Corporation is updating its Q1 2020 Investor Presentation to include additional information regarding the participation by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Heritage Bank, in the Paycheck Protection Program under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Stability Act, including an update to the disclosure of funded loans under this program through May 31, 2020. The Q1 2020 Investor Presentation was also enhanced with additional information about industries impacted by, modifications related to and risk rating downgrades due to the Coronavirus Disease of 2019 pandemic.
Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the updated presentation materials.
