Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On May 8, 2020, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Nabors Industries Ltd. (the “Company’) declared a cash dividend of $0.75 per outstanding share of the Company’s 6.00% Mandatory Convertible Preferred Shares, Series A, par value $0.001 per share, which will be paid on August 3, 2020, to holders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2020. In addition, the Board agreed with the recommendation of management to suspend dividends on the Company’s common shares.
