EPRA - European Public Real Estate Association

The European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) is a common interest group, established as a not-for-profit body under Dutch law in October 1999. EPRA's members include the majority of the leading real estate companies and investment institutions in Europe. The active participation of the members' senior executives ensures EPRA is a genuinely representative forum and policy-making body.

The mission of EPRA is to promote, develop and represent the European public real estate sector. EPRA’s strategy states that, “EPRA will endeavor to establish standards of “best practice” in accounting, reporting and corporate governance; to provide high-quality information to investors; and to create the framework for debate and decision-making on the issues which determine the future of the sector”. APREA - Asian Public Real Estate Association

APREA is the preeminent Association representing the Asia Pacific publicly listed real estate sector. Membership comprises approximately 80 of the region’s key companies as well as organizations from Europe and North America, providing strong leadership and direction.

APREA was established in mid-2005 as a not-for-profit industry body to represent and raise awareness of the listed sector. The Association is member driven and aims to create a market based on international best-practices that will facilitate local, regional and international investment in the sector. APREA also lobbies governments and regulators to ensure our members’ interests are adequately represented and a stable financial and regulatory environment exists for open trading and investment.
