Your Home page provides quick access to SNL’s documents, newsletters, events and daily news archive via sub-tabs.
Customizable Content – Customize your virtual home page to include real-time breaking news, market indexes, and documents. Choose content for any one or combination of SNL's industry sectors to see only what's most important to you.
Portfolios – Create portfolios of companies that are of interest to you and track all news, filings and market activity based on those preferences.
Events – View all upcoming earnings releases, conference calls, company meetings and industry conferences filtered by sector or portfolio of interest. |

Briefing Books |
Report Builder – Build an investment-banker-quality briefing book on the fly. You pick the company, and Report Builder imports into Excel or creates PDFs of any corporate, financial, market and M&A pages of interest to you.
Financial Highlights – Access quarterly and yearly financial highlights. These will vary by industry, but generally include financial highlights, balance sheet and income statement data, as well as debt and cash flow analysis, performance and portfolio analysis.
Corporate Structure and Officers – Review all parent and subsidiary relationships of the company in focus. View a listing of top executives, their ages and annual compensation. Board of directors information is also provided.
Analyst Estimates – Access current individual and consensus Wall Street analyst estimates and recommendations for the company in focus or see all outstanding estimates for a particular analyst. For real estate companies, this includes FFO, AFFO and NAV estimates.

Real Estate – Map REIT/REOC properties and casinos against competitors and demographic data with SNL Property Mapping. Refine your search by property type. Click on any property to view detailed property description. Use the Market Filter to filter properties by geographic location.
