Donald M. Lieto Executive Vice President and Senior Administration Manager | Mr. Lieto is responsible for all Retail, Deposit, Technology and Facility functions at the bank. He originally joined MB&T in 1972. After working 5 years for a bank data processing company, he re-joined MB&T in 1983 as Assistant Vice President & Data Processing Manager. In 1987 he was promoted to 2nd Vice President and assumed management responsibility for the bank’s deposit operations, item and data processing receiving subsequent promotions to Vice President-Information Center Manager in 1996 and Senior Vice President-Information Services in 2000. He has held his current position since 2004. |
| Jay Maddox Senior Vice President and Credit Administration Manager | Jay Maddox serves as Senior Vice President and Credit Administration Manager. Jay brings 30 years of banking and private sector lending, credit administration and financial consulting experience to his position at MBT. Jay holds baccalaureate degrees in Finance and Management from Ball State University and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Graduate Lending School and the Seattle, Washington Pacific Coast Banking School. Jay launched his career with Indiana National Bank in Indianapolis, and has held lending management positions of increasing responsibility at Lincoln National Bank & Trust (Fort Wayne), Wells Fargo Bank (formerly Norwest Bank Indiana, Fort Wayne) and Fifth Third Bank of Fort Wayne, where he was Senior Vice President and City Executive. In 2008 Jay formed Maddox Consulting, LLC, specializing in improving business financial performance, and in 2010 founded Alverez Financial. Jay has been involved in numerous community service organizations including Junior Achievement, the Boys & Girls Club, the American Red Cross, United Way and currently serves as President of the Anthony Wayne Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. |

Karen M. Wilson is the Chairman and CEO of Central Distributors of Beer, Inc. of Romulus, Michigan. She is an active community member, including being a Board Member to Everybody Ready, the Downriver Council for the Arts, and The Information Center. She is also involved with the Downriver Guidance Clinic, the New Morning School and is past President to the Jaycee Auxiliary.
Throughout her career, Ms. Wilson has received several awards and accolades including the Chairman’s Gavel Award from the Michigan Beer & Wine Wholesalers Association, Entrepreneur of the Year from Ernest & Young, the Women of Distinction Award from the Huron Valley Girl Scout Council and the Michigan’s Top 25 Women Business Owners of Distinction from the National Association of Women Business Owners.
