Senior Management
Frederick C. Peters II Chairman & CEO
Mr. Peters was elected President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Corporation and the Bank on January 22, 2001. Mr. Peters was elected the Chairman of the Board of the Bank and Corporation, effective August 5, 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Peters was founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of the 1st Main Line Bank, a division of National Penn Bank, from May 1995 to January 2001.
Francis J. Leto Executive Vice President and General Counsel - Wealth Management Division
Director since 2002. Mr. Leto is Executive Vice President of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company Wealth Management Division. He was formerly with Brett Senior & Associates from April 2006 until December 2008; President, Brandywine Abstract Company L.P. from May 1998 to December 2008.
James Duncan Smith Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Smith was appointed as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank on April 4, 2005. From October, 2004 through March, 2005, Mr. Smith was the Chief Financial Officer of First Chester County Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Smith was the Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer at First Chester County Corporation since 1993 and was also the Executive Vice President of Financial Support Services at First National Bank of Chester County, a subsidiary of First Chester County Corporation since 1998.
Alison E. Gers Executive Vice President, Retail Banking, Operations, IT and Marketing
Ms. Gers was employed by the Bank in May 1998 as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Ms. Gers was appointed Executive Vice President of the Bank in 2001. Since joining the Bank, Ms. Gers has held various positions. As of September, 2005 Ms. Gers was responsible for the Community Banking Division, marketing, technology and information services and operations.
Joseph G. Keefer Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer
Mr. Keefer was employed by the Bank in 1991 as Vice President and Commercial Lending manager after an 11 year career with First Pennsylvania Bank/CoreStates. Mr. Keefer was made the Bank’s Chief Lending Officer in December 1997. In December 2002, Mr. Keefer assumed responsibility for the Bank’s Credit Division. In February, Mr. Keefer was designated Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of the Bank. Mr. Keefer is a graduate of Brown University with a degree in Economics and earned an MBA from Drexel University.
Geoffrey L. Halberstadt Secretary, Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer
Mr. Halberstadt was employed by Bryn Mawr Trust in 1991 as Vice President – Construction Loans, after an eight-year career with Home Unity Savings Bank. In subsequent years, Mr. Halberstadt held several positions at the Bank in Real Estate Lending and Credit Administration and, in 1998, Mr. Halberstadt assumed responsibility for the Bank’s Risk Management Division. In 2001, Mr. Halberstadt was appointed Senior Vice President of the Bank and Vice President of Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation. In March, 2010, Mr. Halberstadt was named Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Policy Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Corporation and Bank. Mr. Halberstadt is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Business Management.

Wendell F. Holland
Director since 1997. Mr. Holland is a partner at Saul Ewing LLP and served as Chairman of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission until 2008 and previously Commissioner from September, 2003.
Scott M. Jenkins
Director since 2006. Mr. Jenkins is the President of S.M. Jenkins & Co., a financial and management consulting firm.
David E. Lees
Director since 2005. Mr. Lees is a Senior Partner with myCIO Wealth Partners, LLC since July 2005. Partner and National Director of Ernst & Young's Wealth Advisory Service Practice from December 1996 to June 2005; Partner, Rennaissance Equity Fund since August 2005; Adjunct Professor of Finance & Portfolio Management in Villanova University's Commerce & Finance Department from 2000 to 2005.
Donald S. Guthrie
Director since 2010. Attorney at Law and Chairman of First Keystone Financial, Inc. from 2005 to 2010.
Francis J. Leto

Jerry L. Johnson
Director since 2011, Principal Partner of Heffler, Radetich and Saitta, LLP since 2010. Vice Chairman for PRWT Services, Inc. from 2008 to 2010, former Chairman of Radnor Trust from 2002 to 2006, Chairman of RTC Holdings from 2006 to 2009 and former President of eMoney Advisor, Inc., served on the board of OAO Technologies Solution from 1996 to 2001.
Britton H. Murdoch Lead Director
Director since 2006. Mr. Murdoch is the CEO of City Line Motors LLC and Managing Director of Strattech Partners, LLC, a business consulting and venture capital firm.
Lynn B. McKee
Director since 2013. Ms. McKee has served as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources at ARAMARK, since 2004. Ms. McKee is a member of the Human Resources Roundtable Group and the Conference Board's Advisory Council of Human Resources Management.
