Common shareholders resident in Canada are welcome to participate in Emera's Dividend Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan.
The Plan provides shareholders with a convenient and economical means of acquiring additional common shares by reinvesting dividends and/or making optional cash payments of up to $5,000 per quarter. The Plan also provides for a discount of up to 5% from the average market price of Emera's common shares for common shares purchased in connection with the reinvestment of cash dividends under the Plan.
Participants pay no commissions, service charges or brokerage fees for shares purchased under the Share Purchase Plan.
