IRET provides a convenient way to reinvest cash distributions and purchase common shares of beneficial interest through our Distribution Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan (IRET Direct).

Through IRET Direct, you can reinvest your distributions at a 5% discount below the closing market price for our common shares on the distribution payment date. The plan also offers a convenient way for you to purchase additional IRET common shares. Key features of this voluntary cash contribution option include:

$250 - $3,000 investment per month

Purchase common shares on the 5th of each month

5% discount below the closing market price for IRET common shares on the investment date

No cost to purchase shares or additional account maintenance fees

Download and carefully read IRET’s Distribution Reinvestment Plan Prospectus before making any investment decision to enroll in the Plan.
If you decide to enroll in the Plan, please download and print the Distribution Reinvestment Plan Authorization Form to participate in this program.
