The Home Properties Dividend Reinvestment and Direct Stock Purchase Plan was established to promote long-term ownership in Home Properties and is designed to give our shareholders, residents, employees, limited partners and others a simple, convenient, and economical way to purchase Home Properties common stock.

Once you begin participating in the plan, store the plan prospectus with your investment records relating to the plan.
