Corporate ProfileHome Federal Bancorp, Inc., is a bank holding company headquartered in Nampa, Idaho. It is the parent company of Home Federal Bank, a community bank originally organized in 1920. The Company serves southwestern Idaho and Central and Western Oregon.
Home Federal Bank offers a broad range of checking and savings products, a full line of home and personal loans, commercial lending solutions, and an investment services department.
In 2004, Home Federal Bank was converted to a federally-chartered stock savings bank and a mutual holding company (Home Federal MHC) was formed. In December 2007, the Board of Directors and shareholders approved a plan to convert Home Federal MHC to a stock holding company, Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. In connection with that conversion, shares of the existing holding company were exchanged for 1.136 shares of the new holding company’s common stock. In May 2011, Home Federal Bank converted to a commercial bank chartered in the State of Idaho.
Home Federal Bancorp, Inc., trades on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol HOME and is included in the Russell 2000 Index.
