Bank of Florida - Southeast, which commenced operations on July 16, 2002, is a full-service commercial bank with its headquarters and two offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, one in Boca Raton, Florida, and two in Miami-Dade County.
Bank of Florida - Tampa Bay, which commenced operations on November 5, 2004, is a full service commercial bank headquartered in Tampa, Florida in the Harbour Island area. It has a second office in Pinellas County.
