Centerstate Banks, Inc. (“Company”), headquartered in Davenport, Florida, is a multi-bank holding company with four separately chartered banks: CenterState Bank Central Florida, CenterState Bank, N.A., CenterState Bank of Florida, and Valrico State Bank. Presently, the Company operates through 44 locations in thirteen counties throughout Central Florida, providing traditional deposit and lending products and services to its commercial and retail customers. The Company, through its Correspondent Banking Department, also provides bond sales services; correspondent bank checking and fed funds purchased products; and safekeeping, bond accounting, and asset/liability consulting services to small to medium size financial institutions primarily located in Florida, Alabama, and Georgia.
