Georgia Bancshares, Inc. was incorporated in Georgia on December 21, 2000 and is headquartered in Peachtree City, Georgia. Georgia Bancshares operates a wholly owned banking subsidiary, The Bank of Georgia, which has its home office in Peachtree City, Georgia and community banking offices in Fayetteville, Georgia, Tyrone, Georgia and Newnan, Georgia.
