Eric is an active advocate for American Manufacturing and has appeared on nationwide news programs and numerous publications. Eric has testified before The Congressional Small Business Committee on behalf of Small Metalworking Businesses and the NTMA. In addition, Eric is active on his family farm and is an IHSA Football official.

Thomas L. Barnes is the Managing Director of Amfinity Capital Corp., LLC. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. and Blackhawk State Bank effective August 8, 2007. Mr. Barnes formerly served as the president and chief executive officer of First American Credit Union in Beloit. Barnes is the chairman of the Greater Beloit Economic Development Corp. and a director of the City of Beloit Economic Development Corp. He is also a director of Beloit 2020.

Previously, President of the Bank of Kenosha from January 1999 to January 2001 and Executive Vice President and Director of the Clean Air Action Corporation from August 1994 to January 2000.

Rick has over 35 years of banking experience, including more than 18 years as president of banks in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Rockford, Illinois and Racine and Kenosha Wisconsin.

Rick is involved in the community in a variety of ways: In Beloit, he is currently a member of the Greater Beloit Economic Development Council and a past board member of the Stateline United Way and a past member of the board of the Stateline Community Foundation. In Rockford, he serves as a director of Northern Illinois Community Development Corp. and is a board member of the Rockford Area Economic Development Council.

Retired Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of Woodward Governor Company, Rockford, IL, a manufacturer of energy control systems for engines. Woodward, with sales approaching $700 million, has over 3,300 employees serving global markets from locations worldwide. Mr. Carter managed the investor relations, accounting, treasury, finance and information technology functions for Woodward and was chairman of the Company’s Investment Committee.

She is a Life Member of the Directors Council of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Mrs. Harker is also an accomplished lecturer and writer on the subjects of professional insurance practice, ethics, estate and financial planning, and disability income insurance. Her works have been published in Life Insurance News, Life Insurance Selling, and Financial Planning Focus.

Her conscientious and diligent approach to fulfilling her duties as audit committee chair helps ensure compliance with changing and complex rules.

Chairman of ABC Supply Company, Inc., headquartered in Beloit, WI, the largest national roofing and siding distributor with sales of $3 billion annually. She holds sole controlling interest in Hendricks Holding Co. which owns several businesses locally and internationally including insurance companies, wind power manufacturing, aluminum manufacturing, national sign company, construction company, cancer research and several others. In addition, the portfolio includes real estate in excess of 25 million sq. ft. throughout the United States.

Diane is the recipient of the Gallup Great Workplace Award for the second year. She has an extensive civic and philanthropic background including current and past board positions for the Beloit Foundation, Stateline Boys & Girls Clubs, Beloit Memorial Hospital, Kandu Industries, Wisconsin Eye Public Affairs Network, Hendricks Family Foundation, Stateline Community Foundation and Wisconsin Aviation Academy. She was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from Beloit College in 2007.

Diane’s business experience and knowledge of the community will provide guidance to the board and oversight for growth and profitability.

Curt joined North American Tool in June of 1986 as a Board Member. He became a full time associate in 1988; was elected Vice President in April 1989; Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in April 1991; Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in April 1995; Executive Vice President in 1998; and was elected President and Chief Executive Officer in April of 2005.

Before joining North American Tool, Curt was President of Rosman, Uehling, Kinzer. Curt is enthusiastically involved in the Stateline-area community in numerous ways, and currently serves as a Beloit Memorial Hospital Board Chairperson.

Assistant Superintendent of Operations for the Belvidere, IL School District since June of 2004. Previously spent 15 years at Belvidere National Bank & Trust Company, working in retail banking, commercial lending and ultimately becoming President/CEO and Director. For the eight years prior he worked at Amcore Bank serving both the retail banking sector and commercial lending clients.

Jim is a past president of the Belvidere Rotary Club and a current board member of the Boone County Council on Aging and Growth Dimensions (the economic development corporation for Boone County). Previously, he has held Board member positions at the Belvidere School District 100 Board of Education, Illinois Banker’s Association, and St. Joseph’s Hospital in Belvidere. He received the Chamber of Commerce Director of Civic Betterment Award in March of 2004.

President of Cirrus Trails, Inc., a holding company for Poplar Grove Airmotive, Inc. and President of Emery Air, Inc., located at the Greater Rockford, IL Airport. Steve learned to fly at the age of 16. During college, he worked as an aircraft charter pilot and sold airplanes to pay for his education. In 1972 he worked with his father in the establishment of the then Belvidere Airport. The Poplar Grove Airport has grown considerably from 45 aircraft in 1994 to over 350 today. The Illinois Department of Transportation has recognized the Poplar Grove Airport as “The Best Privately Owned – Open to the Public Airport” in the state three times in the last ten years. One of Steve’s interests is restoring and flying vintage aircraft. In 1997, the Poplar Grove Airport donated 15 acres of airport property for the establishment of the Poplar Grove Vintage Wings & Wheels Museum, which has become an important community asset. The combined employment of the Poplar Grove Airport and Emery Air Charter has grown from 80 employees in 1998 to nearly 130 today.
