Mr. Hirota has been President of Sam O. Hirota, Inc. Engineering and Surveying from 1986-present. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and Licensed Professional Land Surveyor.
Mr. Kosasa is President & Chief Executive Officer, MNS, Ltd., dba ABC Stores 1999-present); Executive Vice President and District Manager of MNS Ltd., dba ABC Stores (1997-1998).
Ronald K. Migita was born and raised on Wailuku, Maui.
Mr. Migita earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He also graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and the University of Hawaii Advanced Management Program.
He also spent three years in the United States Army, and was stationed in West Germany.
In 1966, Mr. Migita began his banking career at Bank of Hawaii as a bank trainee. He’d eventually spend 28 years there, serving in various managerial and executive capacities, and eventually, was named Executive Vice President and Manager of the bank’s Business Financial Services Group.
In 1995, Mr. Migita served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CB Bancshares, Inc. whose principal subsidiary was City Bank. In 2004, Mr. Migita joined Central Pacific Financial Corp., following the merger of Central Pacific Financial Corp and CB Bancshares, Inc. and served as Chairman of the Board.
On August 1, 2008, Mr. Migita was named President & CEO of both Central Pacific Financial Corp. and Central Pacific Bank
Mr. Migita currently serves on the University of Hawaii Board of Regents, the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii, the Aloha Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the National Board of the Boy Scouts of America, and is a Trustee for the Public Schools of Hawaii Foundation.
