 | ANNETTE CATINO, age 52, became a director of the Company in 2003. She is President and CEO of QualCare Alliance Networks, Inc., Piscataway, New Jersey, a managed care organization, since 1991, of which she serves as a Director. Ms. Catino is a Director of Caucus NJ Educational Corporation, Northfield Bank Corp., The Val Skinner Foundation and the American Association of Preferred Providers Organization. Ms. Catino is Chairwoman of the ad hoc Pricing Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee, the Capital Improvement Committee, the Compensation Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. |
