| Executive Vice President of the Company; Executive Vice President for Operations and Information Systems; Mr. DeVico was named as executive vice president in June 2001. Mr. DeVico was formerly chief executive officer of Xpede, a technology company supporting the financial services industry with enterprise software solutions. Mr. DeVico also previously served ten years with Bank of America where he held positions which included executive vice president for the Interactive Banking Division, executive vice president for Integrated eCommerce Strategy and Business Solutions, and chief executive officer of the bank's Midwest Retail Division. Previously, Mr. DeVico also held positions in operations and information systems management at Bankers Trust Company and Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. DeVico is a graduate of St. John's University where he earned a M.B.A. degree in finance. |
