Donna Huntsman has joined Umpqua
Bank, a subsidiary of Umpqua Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: UMPQ),
as senior vice president of private banking. Huntsman, who most recently
served as senior vice president and financial advisor for Key Private
Bank, brings more than 32 years of banking and financial advising
experience to Umpqua. She is charged with developing and overseeing all
aspects of Umpqua's newly formed private
bank, including the integration of financial planning, investments
and trusts. The private bank is part of Umpqua's wealth management
division which was launched in early 2009.

Key Bank where she held positions ranging from commercial loan officer
to senior vice president/relationship manager and financial advisor.
Throughout her career she has assisted affluent clients in growing,

A fourth generation Oregonian, Huntsman attended the University of
Oregon, earned a graduate degree from Pacific Coast Banking School at
the University of Washington and has series seven and 66 securities
