    WESTERLY, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 2004--John C. Warren, Chairman and CEO of Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: WASH), will preside over the NASDAQ Market Open on Wednesday, July 28, 2004, beginning at 9:20 a.m. EDT.
