| Individuals may communicate with the Board of Directors by submitting an email to the Company's Director of Internal Audit, who reports directly to the Board. The Director of Internal Audit, at his/her discretion, will forward communications to the Board (or director thereof), a specific committee or to management. A log of communications is maintained by the Director of Internal Audit, and the log is reviewed by the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board on a regular basis. |
