Waterbury, Conn.-based Webster Financial Corp. completed the sale of its Rockville Centre, N.Y.-based unit, Budget Installment Corp., effective Nov. 2, according to a Form 10-Q filed Nov. 6. The company said the sale is not expected to have a material effect on its condensed consolidated financial position, results of operations or cash flows. |
