Time Warner Inc.-owned TNT and Warner Bros. Domestic TV Distribution secured a syndication deal for CBS's "The Mentalist."

TNT said the syndication rights will begin in 2012. According to a Nov. 5 report from The Hollywood Reporter, the company paid between $2.2 million and $2.3 million an episode.

In addition, USA Network reportedly secured syndication rights for the CBS drama "NCIS: Los Angeles," which was sold for a price similar to that paid for "The Mentalist."

The NBC Universal Inc.-owned cable network will reportedly air the show weekly beginning in September 2011.
