Banco Bradesco SA said in a Form 6-K filed Nov. 4 that it raised $750 million abroad by issuing subordinated notes with a 6.75% per annum rate and a 10-year term in September. The company also reported net income of approximately 1.81 billion Brazilian reals in the third quarter, compared with about 2.30 billion reals in the year-ago period. As of Nov. 3, 1 Brazilian real was equivalent to 56.82 U.S. cents. |
