Kimco Realty Corp. said Nov. 3 that its board appointed David Henry CEO of the company, effective Dec. 31, replacing Milton Cooper.

Cooper will continue to serve as executive chairman of the board. He will also continue to lead the office of the chairman.

Henry joined Kimco in 2001 as vice chairman and chief investment officer. In November 2008 he was named to the additional position of president of the company.
