Puget Energy Inc. said in a Form 8-K filed Oct. 30 that the sole shareholders of the company and unit Puget Sound Energy Inc. on Oct. 26 appointed and elected Mark Wiseman to serve as a member of the boards of directors of Puget Energy and Puget Sound Energy, respectively. The boards of the companies have not yet determined the board committee or committees, if any, on which Wiseman will serve, Puget Energy said. Wiseman is senior vice president, private investments of CPP Investment Board (USRE II) Inc., which is a member of Puget Holdings LLC, the indirect beneficial owner of Puget Energy and Puget Sound Energy. Wiseman will not receive any director compensation but will be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses, the company said. |
