From October 2002 to April 2003, Mr. Bernstock was Senior Vice President and General Manager of The Dial Corporation. Earlier in his career, he was the President of the North American and International Divisions of Campbell Soup Company and was President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of both Vlasic Foods International and Atlas Commerce Inc. Mr. Bernstock is also a director of The Pantry, Inc. and a number of other private companies.
Mr. Guyardo has served as a Director since June 2012. Currently, Mr. Guyardo is the Chief Commercial Officer for Discovery Communications, the world’s #1 pay-TV programmer reaching nearly 3 billion cumulative subscribers in more than 220 countries and territories. In this role, he oversees U.S. ad sales, digital media, licensing and consumer products, consumer insights and data analytics.
Prior to Discovery Communications, Mr. Guyardo served most recently as Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer for DIRECTV, holding various positions from 2005 to 2015. In this role, he was responsible for all functions that drove the company’s $22 billion in U.S. Revenue including sales and distribution, marketing, product management, advertising, public relations, customer retention, the sports & entertainment businesses, pricing & packaging, consumer research, business analytics and ad sales. Under his leadership, DIRECTV’s subscriber base grew from 15.1 million in 2005 to nearly 20 million and revenue increased from $12 billion to $22 billion. Initiatives that he launched include reducing churn to the lowest level in the industry, rebranding DIRECTV as a premium brand in the pay-television category, growing direct sales from 25 percent to 50 percent of total enterprise sales, transforming directv.com into a major sales channel of highly profitable customers and a destination for more than 50 million self-care and entertainment transactions each year, rebuilding a network of more than 2,000 authorized dealers, substantially growing the Commercial business and brokering a national, multi-year agreement that enabled AT&T to sell DIRECTV to its customers as part of a bundle of telecommunication services.
Prior to joining DIRECTV, Mr. Guyardo was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Kmart Corporation. He joined Kmart following the retail giant’s emergence from bankruptcy and was part of the senior management team that quickly returned the mass retailer to sales growth and profitability within 12 months.
Before Kmart, Mr. Guyardo was Executive Vice President of Television and Marketing for HSN (formerly Home Shopping Network), an operating business unit of Barry Diller’s IAC/InterActiveCorp. During his tenure, HSN experienced eight consecutive years of sales and profit growth.
He began his career in advertising and brand management, holding positions at AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, Saatchi & Saatchi and Tracy Locke/BBDO.
Mr. Guyardo is the recipient of the 2010 Brand Builders Award (awarded by Broadcasting & Cable, Multichannel News and Promax/BDA), sits on the Board of Directors for Living Social, serves on the National Advisory Council for Northwestern University and is an executive mentor for the New York and New Jersey All-Stars Project.

Mr. Herratti has served as a Director since April 2013. He currently serves as the Executive Director of TEDx, a global event and digital media platform formed to discover 'ideas worth spreading” and supported by the private non-profit Sapling Foundation. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Constant Contact, which helps more than half a million small organizations connect with their customers through a suite of online engagement marketing tools. Mr. Herratti is also the Principal of Jay Herratti Ventures where he is an investor and advisor to early-stage ventures.
Mr. Herratti is an experienced strategic leader and digital expert with extensive experience in managing consumer, b2b, and nonprofit businesses. Prior to his current position he was the CEO of CityGrid Media, an online media company that connects web and mobile publishers with local advertisers. CityGrid Media owns and operates CityGrid, a local content and advertising network, as well as leading local consumer brands such as Urbanspoon, Citysearch and InsiderPages.
Prior to that he served as SVP Strategic Planning at IAC as well as CEO of Evite and Interim CEO of IAC Advertising Solutions. Before joining IAC, Mr. Herratti held the position of Senior Vice President of e-Business Strategy and Development for Federated Department Stores and prior to that he held senior positions with The Boston Consulting Group and GE Capital.
Mr. Herratti has a B.S. in Business & Management from the University of Maryland at College Park, and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainbleu, France.

Mr. Mangan currently serves as the lead director at McCormick & Co. A veteran of a number of high profile consumer facing companies, Mr. Mangan has held various leadership roles during his tenure at Black & Decker Corp. from 2000 to 2010, including President of Worldwide Power Tools & Accessories, Chief Financial Officer and head of Investor Relations. Prior to joining Black & Decker, Mr. Mangan served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Ryland Group, Inc. Earlier in his career, he worked at General Motors and its GMAC subsidiary in various positions involving strategic and business planning, corporate finance and investments and new business activities.
Mr. Mangan has an MBA from Dartmouth College Amos Tuck School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Mechanical engineering degree from General Motors Institute.
Mr. Tierney has served as a Director since February 2003. He is a nationally recognized expert in marketing and communications, an accomplished entrepreneur, and a veteran of several publicly traded corporations where he served as a senior officer. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Realtime Media LLC, a digital marketing services firm. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Brian Communications, a strategic communications firm. Prior to this, Mr. Tierney was Publisher of the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News and Chief Executive Officer of its parent company, Philadelphia Media Holdings LLC from June 2006 and August 2006, respectively, until October 2010. He previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tierney Holdings LLC, a private investment firm.
From June 2004 to March 2005, he was Vice Chairman of Advanta Corp (NASDAQ: ADVNB). Prior to joining Advanta, he launched several successful advertising and public relations companies, including T2 Group and Tierney Communications, which he grew to $275 million in billings and sold to the Interpublic Group of Companies (NYSE: IPG). The firm remains one of the largest advertising agencies in the mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Tierney serves on a variety of civic, educational and charitable boards of directors.
Andrea M. Weiss has been a director since March 2013. Ms. Weiss has extensive specialty retail experience having served in several senior executive positions with dELiA*s Inc., The Limited, Inc., Intimate Brands, Inc., Guess, Inc., and Ann Taylor Stores, Inc. She is the founder and current President and Chief Executive Officer of Retail Consulting, Inc., a boutique consulting practice focused on product and brand development, consumer contact strategies, operational improvements, and turnarounds, and has served as its President and Chief Executive Officer since its formation in October 2002. Ms. Weiss is also the co-founder and current Managing Member of The O Alliance LLC, a new branch of Retail Consulting, Inc., which provides consulting serves with respect to omni-channel retailing.
Ms. Weiss currently also serves on several private boards as well as the boards of directors of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., Chico’s FAS, Inc. and Pep Boys. Previously, Ms. Weiss served on the boards of directors GSI Commerce, Inc. from 2006 to 2011, Ediets.com, Inc. from 2004 to 2009 and Brookstone, Inc. from 2002 to 2005.
