The following information pertains to historical distributions on The Company's Income Parcitipating Securities ("IPS"). On November 27, 2009, all of the company's IPSs were exchanged for new common shares. The Company's cash distributions were not changed when the exchange occurred. Holders of the new common shares will receive a monthly dividend on Cdn $0.0912 beginning with the December 31, 2009 dividend payable on January 29, 2010 to holders of record on December 31, 2009.
