We are a specialty real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in properties in select categories which require unique industry knowledge, and offer stable and attractive returns.

We are focused. We target long-term investments in a limited number of categories in which we maintain a depth of knowledge and relationships, and which offer sustained performance throughout all economic cycles. We typically structure our investments as triple net, placing the operating responsibilities and costs of the property on our tenants. We believe this structure translates to reduced risk and reliable cash flow.

We are dynamic. Our investment portfolio of nearly $3 billion includes megaplex movie theatres and adjacent retail, public charter schools, and other destination recreational and specialty investments. This portfolio includes over 160 locations spread across 33 states with over 200 tenants.

We are disciplined. We thrive by adhering to rigorous underwriting and investing, centered on key industry and property level cash flow criteria. We believe our focused niche approach provides a competitive advantage, and the potential for higher growth and better yields.

We are proven. Our specialty focus has yielded superior results. Over the past decade we have considerably outperformed both the Russell 2000 and MSCI US REIT Index in total return, including consistent and strong cash dividend yields.
