PSEC is managed by Prospect Capital Management L.P. ("PCM"). PCM has been registered as an investment advisor with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission since 2004. PCM has a 25-year history of investing in middle-market companies and managing private, high-yielding debt and equity investments using both private partnership and publicly-traded closed-end structures. PCM's team has invested in more than 300 middle-market companies and its senior executives have worked together for more than a decade, through multiple economic and investing cycles. John Francis Barry III

John Francis Barry III is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prospect Capital Management and Prospect Capital Corporation. He is Chairman of Prospect Capital Management’s Investment Committee and has been an officer of Prospect Capital Management (and predecessors) since 1990.

In addition to overseeing Prospect Capital Corporation and Prospect Capital Management, John has served on the boards of directors of more than a dozen private and public portfolio companies, including as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bondnet Trading Systems, Inc. He has also served on the Board of Advisors of USEC, Inc., a publicly-traded energy company.

From 1988 to 1989, John managed the Corporate Finance Department of L.F. Rothschild & Company. From 1983 to 1988, he was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch & Co. From 1979 to 1983, John was an attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell. From 1978 to 1979, he served as Law Clerk to Circuit Judge J. Edward Lumbard, formerly Chief Judge, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York City. John served from 1999 until 2011 as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mathematics Foundation of America, a non-profit foundation that enhances opportunities in mathematics education for students from diverse backgrounds.

John received his Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Princeton University, where he was a University Scholar, and his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an officer of the Harvard Law Review.

Michael Grier Eliasek

Michael Grier Eliasek is President and Chief Operating Officer of Prospect Capital Corporation and a Managing Director of Prospect Capital Management and Prospect Administration. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Prospect Capital Corporation.

At Prospect Capital, Grier is responsible for leading Prospect Capital’s team of professionals in the origination and assessment of investments. Prior to his position at Prospect Capital Corporation, he served as a Managing Director with Prospect Street Ventures, an investment management firm which, together with its predecessors, has invested in excess of $1.5 billion in senior loan, mezzanine, bridge loan, private equity, and venture capital structures through publicly traded closed-end funds and private limited partnerships.

Prior to joining Prospect, Grier served as a consultant with Bain & Company, a global strategy consulting firm, where he managed engagements for companies in several different industries. At Bain, he analyzed new lines of businesses, developed market strategies, revamped sales organizations, and improved operational performance.

Grier received his BS with Highest Distinction from the University of Virginia, where he was a Jefferson Scholar and a Rodman Scholar. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Daria Becker

Daria Becker is the Chief Administrative Officer of Prospect Capital Management and has worked in investment management and finance since 1978. She oversees Prospect’s operations, human resources, and finances.

Prior to joining Prospect, Daria managed a family office which specialized in hedge fund and alternative investments. From 1986 to 1992, she also managed a real estate partnership. From 1978 to 1984, Daria was an officer at Citibank North America, focusing on lending and new business development as well as marketing. Daria is the spouse of John Barry.

Daria received her BA summa cum laude from Wellesley College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and a Durant Scholar.

Kristin Lea Van Dask

Kristin Van Dask is the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer of Prospect’s funds under management and has worked in investment management and accounting since 2001. She has extensive experience in finance, accounting, and financial reporting, including with business development company, closed-end fund, securitization, corporate, private partnership, and other structures.

Prior to joining Prospect, Kristin served as an Accounting Manager in the Structured Finance Division of GSC Group LLC from 2007 to 2008, where she was responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of private equity and hedge funds invested in a diverse series of leveraged structured credit instruments. From 2002 to 2007, Kristin held various positions within the assurance practice of Ernst & Young LLP, working on a variety of privately held and publicly traded clients, private equity funds, management companies, and investment advisory partnerships. She was responsible for the supervision of financial statement audits for funds with portfolios ranging up to $10 billion and a publicly traded company with manufacturing revenues of over $8 billion. In 2001, Kristin began her public accounting career at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Kristin received her BS magna cum laude from Towson University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Glenn Anderson

Glenn Anderson is Head of Tax for Prospect and has worked exclusively in tax advisory and consulting since 2006.

Prior to joining Prospect, Glenn focused on advising both corporate and private equity clients on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings. He was a senior manager in the International Tax practice of Deloitte Tax LLP. Prior to Deloitte, Glenn was with the Transaction Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP.

Glenn received his BA from Providence College and both his MBA and MS from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Bjorn Axelsson

Bjorn Axelsson is a Vice President and member of the Client Advisory team at Prospect. He is responsible for Business Development and Client Services.

Prior to joining Prospect, Bjorn was a Vice President and a member of the Business Development group at GAMMA Capital Management, a $1.4 billion private investment firm. Prior to GAMMA he was an associate and a member of the High Yield Sales and Trading team at Pareto Securities, an Investment Bank focused on Energy and Shipping.

Bjorn received his B.Sc. at Reykjavik University and his M.Fin. at MIT Sloan School of Management. He also holds the CFA designation.

Matthew Barry

Matthew Barry is a Vice President at Prospect where he is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Prospect, he worked in the Restructuring & Special Situations Group at PJT Partners and The Blackstone Group. Matthew also worked as an associate at Metalmark Capital and as an analyst within the Financial Sponsors Group at Merrill Lynch.

Matthew received his BA from Yale University and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with Honors.

David L. Belzer

David Belzer is a Managing Director and has been in the finance industry since 1998. He oversees Prospect’s Direct Lending activities, which focus on private debt investments in non-sponsor owned middle-market businesses. David is also responsible for originating, executing, and managing debt and equity investments in the energy sector, including oil and gas exploration and production, oil and gas services, and pipelines. He is also responsible for managing many of Prospect’s relationships with financial intermediaries. Prior to joining Prospect, David was a member of the Structured Finance Group at GE Capital from 1998 to 1999, where he focused on originating and executing investments in the oil and gas sector. From 1996 to 1998, he worked at Wheelabrator Technologies, a developer of waste-to-energy plants. While at Wheelabrator, David focused on power plant acquisitions and development of the company's inside-the-fence cogeneration strategy in the northeast.

David received his BA from the University of Indiana and an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University.

Trisha Blackman

Trisha Blackman is Head of Human Resources and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. She is also a Vice President of Administration and has worked in finance, administration and investments since 1985. Trisha rejoined Prospect in 2017 after working for Prospect from 1998 - 2002 as office manager with fund administration responsibilities. She most recently returned from Hawaii where she worked as business manager for a hedge fund, and also held a position as office manager with human resources and compliance responsibilities for a national construction and engineering firm. Trisha was portfolio and executive assistant to the founder/president of BEA Associates and participated in the start-up as a member of Zesiger Capital Group.

Trisha received her BA from SUNY Oswego.

John G. Burges

John Burges is a Managing Director and has worked in the finance industry since 1989. He oversees the firm’s syndicated investments and is responsible for originating, executing and managing debt investments across a variety of industries, including consumer products, business services and resources. John is also responsible for managing many of Prospect’s relationships with private equity sponsors.

Prior to joining Prospect in 2013, he worked in investment banking and securities in London and New York with Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, and Knight Capital, where he was a managing director. In his roles John was responsible for advising and financing public companies across industries. He has public company board and executive experience as president, CEO, and director of a Canadian listed resource company, and as chairman and an officer in a private equity backed energy company. Throughout his career, John brings substantial corporate finance, investment, and management experience.

John received his BA from Bristol University in England and his MBA from Columbia Business School.

Nathalie Dalrymple Nathalie Dalrymple is the Controller for Prospect and has been in the finance and tax industries since 1991. Prior to joining Prospect, she worked for Asset Alliance Corporation, a purchaser and seeder of hedge funds. At Asset Alliance, Nathalie was the corporate and fund controller, responsible for finance and tax, both domestically and international, including a registered FSA entity, an investment advisor and broker/dealer. Prior to Asset Alliance she was in public accounting where she worked for 10 years and was responsible for managing her own client base.

Nathalie received her BS from SUNY Albany, her MBA from Columbia University and is also a Chartered Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Bart J. deBie

Bart J. deBie is a Managing Director. He has been with Prospect since 2004 and has been in the finance industry since 1997. He oversees Prospect’s “one-stop” combined control equity and debt financing business. Bart presently serves as a director on the Boards of Prospect-controlled companies CCPI, Freedom Marine, MityLite, R-V Industries, and Valley Electric. He was formerly on the Boards of Airmall, Ajax Rolled Ring, C&J Cladding, Gas Solutions, and NRG Manufacturing, all of which were controlled by Prospect. Bart is active in Prospect’s corporate lending business. He is actively involved with businesses in need of capital in a range of industries, including energy and industrials. Prior to joining Prospect, Bart spent seven years as an investment banker. From 2003 into 2004, he was with Cenatar Advisory Group. From 1997 through 2002, Bart was with J.P. Morgan Securities, primarily in the Mergers and Acquisitions group where he advised clients across a range of industries.

Bart received his BA from the University of Wisconsin and his JD from the George Washington University Law School. He was admitted to the New York Bar (inactive status).

Jonathan Dorsey Jonathan Dorsey is a Vice President, Senior Finance Manager at Prospect and has been in the accounting and finance industries since 2004. He provides accounting and finance oversight for Prospect’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Prospect, Jonathan worked in consulting and accounting advisory professional services for Focal Point Data Risk and Ernst and Young LLP. At Focal Point Data Risk, he was responsible for managing the company’s portfolio of clients in Texas and providing project management oversight for accounting and financial audit services. At Ernst and Young LLP, Jonathan provided audit and advisory services across a wide variety of industries including aerospace and defense, pharmaceuticals, professional services, and manufacturing.

Jonathan received his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and Certified Fraud Examiner.

Steven Elliott

Steven Elliott is an industry certified professional with over 18 years of experience. Prior to joining Prospect, Mr. Elliott worked with multiple managed services providers, managing large-scale infrastructure projects for financial service firms in areas of security, networking, server virtualization, network storage, and disaster recovery and cloud-hosted services.

Mr. Elliott's career includes multifaceted roles ranging from principal, vice president, systems engineer, network engineer, and support desk. Mr. Elliott's Information Technology experience expands beyond the knowledge of financial service firm instructure to also include industries of transportation, education, architecture and design, fashion, and legal.

Al Faella is the Chief Technology Officer for Prospect, a Microsoft certified professional and has worked in information technology since 2009.

Prior to joining Prospect, Al worked for Warren Systems Group, where he gained experience on the technical infrastructure of financial service firms, as well as compliance and Sarbanes Oxley policies. He also has operational experience in the financial services sector.

Al received his BA with honors distinction from Fordham University.

Theodore V. Fowler

Theodore V. Fowler is a Managing Director on Prospect’s Investment Team and has worked in investment management and finance since 1986. He is responsible for overseeing Prospect’s real estate investment strategy and portfolio.

Prior to joining Prospect, Theodore spent the first half of his career working with Wall Street bulge bracket firms. He ran the real estate group at Credit Suisse First Boston before being named co-head of the investment and merchant banking department at Credit Suisse First Boston, from where he then joined Prudential-Bache as co-head of its investment and merchant banking departments. Thereafter he spent over 20 years focused on advising and raising capital for small and mid-cap companies, initially at his own firm and then at Laidlaw & Company, where he was the head of the firm's investment banking group. Theodore has been on numerous boards of directors and consummated private equity investment transactions across a broad range of industries, including real estate, healthcare, insurance, hospitality, technology and consumer branded products.

Theodore received his BA from Amherst College and his MBA from Columbia University.

Eva Frissora is a Vice President at Prospect Capital where she is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Prospect, she was an investment banker at BMO Capital Markets in the Business Services and Media group and at Bank of America in the Technology, Media and Telecom group.

Eva received an AB, cum laude, from Harvard College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated as a Palmer Scholar.

Fernando Gardner Fernando Gardner is a Vice President and member of the Client Advisory team at Prospect. He is responsible for Prospect’s investor relations function and assisting in business development.

Prior to joining Prospect, Fernando was a member of the Marketing & Investor Relations team at Pine River Capital Management, a $16 billion global alternative asset management firm. Previously, he was an analyst at Cambridge Associates working with premier institutional investors and family offices, and began his career as a financial advisor with MassMutual.

Fernando received his BA from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Lindsey Harrison is the Controller and has been in the financial services industry since 2009. Brent Hayes

Brent Hayes is a Managing Director and Head of Client Advisory at Prospect. In this capacity, he oversees business development and client relationship management.

Prior to joining Prospect, Brent was a managing director and head of client advisory at Tremblant Capital Group, a global alternative asset management firm focused on public equities. Previously, he was a managing partner at Basso Capital, a $3.0 billion multi-strategy credit and convertible securities hedge fund. Prior to Basso Capital, Brent was head of investor relations at Pequot Capital Management, an $18.0 billion public equity, private equity and venture capital firm. He was a marketing manager at John W. Henry & Company, world’s largest commodities trading advisor, where he branded the organization within the institutional community. Brent began his career in Private Banking at Bankers Trust. Outside of work, he is currently a member of the USA Soccer Federation Development Council and previously served on other charitable boards and volunteer committees.

Brent received his BA from Fairfield University.

Peter Hopkins

Peter Hopkins is a Principal on Prospect’s Investment Team and has worked in real estate since 2003. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across Prospect’s real estate platform.

Prior to joining Prospect, Peter worked at Waypoint Residential, where he focused on the origination and execution of multifamily real estate transactions. Prior to joining Waypoint, he was with Broadway Partners, where he was responsible for executing and managing office property transactions throughout the United States. Peter began his career as a real estate investment banking analyst at Sonnenblick-Goldman.

Peter received his BBA from The George Washington University.

John W. Kneisley

John W. Kneisley is a Managing Director on Prospect’s Investment Team and has been in investment management and finance since 1991. He is responsible for investment approval, strategic and growth initiatives, and other management functions.

Prior to joining Prospect, from 2006 to 2011, John was a senior member of the private investment group at Silver Point Capital, a credit-oriented hedge fund with over $9 billion of assets under management. At Silver Point Capital, he was responsible for portfolio management, origination, and execution of private debt investments and certain control investments. John also managed Silver Point's five CLOs. From 1991 through 2006, he worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co., most recently as a managing director in the Leveraged Finance group where he was responsible for originating, structuring and executing leveraged loans, high yield bonds, bridge loans and acquisition financings for corporate and sponsor clients.

John received his BA summa cum laude from DePauw University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Aderly Kor Aderly Kor is a Vice President and has been in the finance industry since 2005. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Prospect, from 2013 to 2014, Aderly was a manager in the Consulting & Analytics team at Kepler Group, advising clients across multiple industries, including retail, e-commerce and online travel. From 2005 to 2010, he was a senior associate in the Structured Finance group at Ernst & Young, focusing on the due diligence, underwriting, and structuring of CDOs and CMBS products.

Aderly received his BS, summa cum laude from Binghamton University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Alexandra Krasinets

Alexandra Krasinets is a Vice President in Accounting and has been in the finance industry since 2007. Prior to joining Prospect, she spent three years with the Assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, providing audit services to a variety of alternative investments clients including hedge funds, private equity funds, and business development companies. Alexandra also spent two years working part time in the Tax Department of Keyspan Energy (now National Grid). She worked on various compliance projects, tax filings and tax accounting.

Alexandra received her combined BBA/MBA from Pace University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Gabe Lewis Gabe Lewis is a Vice President and has worked in the finance industry since 2005. Gabe is responsible for originating, executing and managing investments across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Prospect, he was a director at Zolfo Cooper where he provided restructuring and operational improvement services for companies in the transportation, manufacturing, gaming, retail, and real estate industries. Gabe was previously an associate at Jefferies Group where he worked in Maritime investment banking and participated in convertible bond and high yield offerings. He began his career as an analyst in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey.

Gabe received his BA from New York University.

Jonathan J. Li

Jonathan J. Li is the Chief Compliance Officer and a Deputy General Counsel of Prospect and has worked in the legal industry since 2006. During that time, he has handled and overseen numerous matters involving commercial and other disputes, including in New York, Delaware, California, Michigan, Colorado, Texas and Georgia. Jonathan has particular expertise in arbitrations, having managed multiple arbitrations at every stage from initial filing through judicial confirmation of the final award. He also has extensive experience assisting Prospect’s portfolio companies in connection with legal matters.

Prior to joining Prospect, he actively managed cases at a major U.S. law firm in its Washington, DC and New York, NY offices.

Jonathan received his AB magna cum laude with highest honors from Harvard College and his JD cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. After graduating from law school, he completed two clerkships: first with Judge Thomas M. Hardiman, then with Judge D. Michael Fisher, both of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Richard Liang Richard Liang is a Vice President and has been in the finance industry since 2008. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Prospect, from 2010 to 2013, Richard was an associate at Société Générale, where he worked in the Leveraged Finance group in New York. From 2009 to 2010, he was an analyst at Crédit Agricole in the Industrials group in New York. Richard began his career as a financial analyst at Merrill Lynch, where he worked in the finance division.

Richard received his BS from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Prior to joining Prospect, Cedric worked at UBS Investment Bank in the Consumer & Retail, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions in both the debt and equity markets.

Cedric received his BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Bernie Marren is a Managing Director & Executive Vice President on Prospect's Tax Team and has worked in tax and finance since 1976.

Prior to joining Prospect, Bernie held senior tax and finance positions at Bank of America, Avon Products, Clabir, JWP, Cantor Fitzgerald and Omega Engineering. He began his career at Ernst and Ernst.

Bernie received his BBA from the College of William and Mary and his JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and a member of the New York Bar.

Nishil Mehta

Nishil Mehta is a Managing Director and has been in the finance industry since 2003. He is responsible for capital-raising and business development, the firm's CLO investments, and managing investors, lenders, investment banks, and rating agencies. Additionally, Nishil is responsible for originating, executing, and monitoring investments. Prior to joining Prospect, from 2009 to 2010, he worked at CIT Asset Management, where he served as one of four credit analysts managing a portfolio of middle-market and broadly syndicated leveraged loans. From 2003 to 2008, Nishil worked at Wachovia Securities, where he raised and managed structured debt for U.S. and European hedge funds, specialty finance companies, and asset managers. He also originated and purchased leveraged loans for the purpose of building and managing CLO portfolios.

Nishil received his BBA with honors from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Robert Melman is a Principal and has been in the finance industry since 1997. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments in a variety of industries, including business services, healthcare, and consumer products. Prior to joining Prospect, from 2008 to 2011, Robert worked as a deal professional at Patriarch Partners, an asset management firm focused on distressed companies. From 2003 to 2008, he worked as a deal professional at ComVest Group, a private equity firm focused on distressed middle-market companies. Robert began his career at Ernst and Young LLP where he helped sponsors and corporate buyers evaluate Mergers and Acquisitions prospects.

Robert received his BBA from the University of Michigan and his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is also a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

David Moszer

David Moszer is a Managing Director and has been in the finance industry since 1993. He oversees the firm's private equity sponsor coverage activities and in this capacity is responsible for originating, executing, and managing debt investments across a range of industries, including business services, chemicals, distribution, and food.

Prior to joining Prospect, from 2007 to 2009, David served as director of GSO Capital Partners where he executed middle-market junior capital transactions. From 2004 to 2007, he was a Principal at FriedbergMilstein, a firm that he helped establish as a leading investor in middle-market second lien and mezzanine debt transactions. From 1999 to 2004, David was a principal of GarMark Partners, where he was involved in mezzanine investing activities. From 1995 to 1999, he was a member of the merchant banking group at Banque Paribas where he originated senior debt transactions for middle-market leveraged buyouts. David began his career at Bear Stearns in the investment banking group where he focused on Merger and Acquisition advisory activities.

David received his BA from the University of Virginia and his MBA from Columbia University.

Brett Murray

Brett Murray is an Associate and member of the Client Advisory team at Prospect with a focus on Client Services, Business Development and Marketing.

Prior to joining Prospect, Brett was a director and a member of Oppenheimer Asset Management. He worked in the Private Equity and Alternative Investment groups at Oppenheimer, where he was responsible for various operational due diligence and portfolio management efforts.

Brett received his BA and MBA from Drury University.

Robert Nabholz

Robert Nabholz is a Managing Director and has been in the finance industry since 1987. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing 'one-stop' financings and direct lending investments across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Prospect, Robert was a managing director in the financial restructuring group of Chanin Capital Partners / Duff & Phelps, a senior managing director in the Telecom, Media and Technology Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., and a managing director and head of the Communications Services practice at Thomas Weisel Partners.

Robert received his BS magna cum laude from Lehigh University and his MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.

Scott Ramsey

Scott Ramsey is a Managing Director on Prospect’s Investment Team and has worked in real estate and finance since 1994. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across Prospect’s real estate platform, as well as leading certain strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Prospect, Scott was a private real estate investor and a Managing Director at Credit Suisse Securities in the real estate investment banking group. Prior to joining Credit Suisse in 2002, he spent seven years at Cohen & Steers Capital Management, a leading REIT investment management firm. Scott spent one year in their financial advisory group, Cohen & Steers Capital Advisors, and six years at Cohen & Steers Capital Management, as a REIT research analyst and member of the firm’s investment committee. He started his real estate career as a project architect at Development Design Group, an architectural design and development consulting firm, in August 1988. Scott has completed over $16 billion in M&A transactions and over $9 billion of public and private debt and equity financings.

Scott received his B Arch. from Cornell University and his MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business. He is a licensed architect (license not current).

Andrea Savinovich Andrea Savinovich is a Senior Administrative Assistant and has been dedicated to maintaining efficiency in Operations since 2015. Prior to joining Prospect, she worked as an Operations Manager at a communications firm specializing in the financial services.

Andrea received her BS from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing her MPA.

Angel Solis

Angel Solis is a Principal and has been in the finance industry since 2006. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments in a range of industries. From 2011 to 2013, Angel worked as an investment banking associate in the Technology, Media & Telecom group at J.P. Morgan, where he originated and executed leveraged finance, IPO and M&A transactions. He began his career as a research analyst in the Credit Portfolio Group at J.P. Morgan.

Angel received two BS degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.

Steven Stone

Steven Stone is the Chief Credit Officer of Prospect and has worked in investment management and finance since 1983. He sits on all of Prospect’s investment committees.

Prior to joining Prospect, Steven served in executive and senior vice president positions in credit administration and originations at Greystone Companies, Sovereign Bank, Wells Fargo Century, and Congress Financial Corporation. He began his career at Ernst and Young.

Steven received his BBA from George Washington University and his MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of New York and New Jersey.

Jason Wilson

Jason Wilson is a Managing Director and has been in the finance industry since 1999. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across a variety of industries, including business services, consumer products, and media. Jason is also responsible for managing many of Prospect's relationships with private equity sponsors. He is a director on the board of ReFuel and InterDent Inc. Prior to joining Prospect, Jason worked in investment banking for nine years at Lehman Brothers, Inc. and UBS Investment Bank. At UBS, he served as executive director and Head of Out-of-Home Entertainment, covering clients in the theme park, movie theatre, live entertainment and outdoor advertising sectors. Prior to investment banking, Jason served as a senior project engineer at Exxon Corporation where he was responsible for reservoir development, production, and joint ventures involving oil and natural gas properties in West Texas and North Dakota.

Jason received his BS magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Russell Wininger

Russell Wininger is an Associate General Counsel and has been in the legal industry since 2009. Prior to joining Prospect, he worked at international law firms in New York and London, primarily Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where his practice focused on representing corporate issuers, private equity sponsors and investment banks on public and private offerings of securities, liability management transactions, financial restructurings and acquisition financings. Russell also advised companies with respect to public disclosure, corporate governance and other corporate and securities law matters. From 2003 to 2006, he worked as a financial analyst at Microsoft.

Russell received his BBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and his JD from the New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Law & Business.

John Francis Barry III
Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer

John Francis Barry III is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prospect Capital Management and Prospect Capital Corporation. He is Chairman of Prospect Capital Management’s Investment Committee and has been an officer of Prospect Capital Management (and predecessors) since 1990.

In addition to overseeing Prospect Capital Corporation and Prospect Capital Management, John has served on the boards of directors of more than a dozen private and public portfolio companies, including as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bondnet Trading Systems, Inc. He has also served on the Board of Advisors of USEC, Inc., a publicly-traded energy company.

From 1988 to 1989, John managed the Corporate Finance Department of L.F. Rothschild & Company. From 1983 to 1988, he was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch & Co. From 1979 to 1983, John was an attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell. From 1978 to 1979, he served as Law Clerk to Circuit Judge J. Edward Lumbard, formerly Chief Judge, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York City. John served from 1999 until 2011 as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mathematics Foundation of America, a non-profit foundation that enhances opportunities in mathematics education for students from diverse backgrounds.

John received his Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Princeton University, where he was a University Scholar, and his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an officer of the Harvard Law Review.

Andrew C. Cooper

Andy Cooper is a serial entrepreneur and has experience in venture management, venture investing and investment banking since 1984. He has built, run and sold three companies worth more than $800 million and has raised over $300 million in equity and debt financing for his companies.

Andy is co-founder, director and former co-CEO of Unison Site Management, a leading cellular site owner with 2,000 plus cell sites which generate more than $40 million in annual cash flow. In 2006, Unison sold some of its cell site assets to Goldman Sachs. He also co-founded Brand Asset Digital, a company which markets, distributes and analyzes digital media on file trading systems and the Web. Additionally, Andy was co-founder, CFO and VP of business development for Avesta Technologies, an enterprise, information and technology management software company bought by Visual Networks in 2000.

Andy was with Morgan Stanley for fourteen years, which included seven years with Morgan Stanley Venture Partners, where he focused on late-stage venture investments, consolidations and buy-outs. Andy served as a director of CSG Systems (CSGS), Protection One Alarm (ALRM), LionBridge Technologies (LIOX) and Weblink Wireless (WLNKA). He also worked in Morgan Stanley’s Debt Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions divisions in New York and Tokyo. Andy is on the boards of Brand Asset Digital, Unison Site Management, Aquatic Energy and the Madison Square Boys and Girls Club of New York.

Andy received his BA from Duke University.

Michael Grier Eliasek
President & Chief Operating Officer

Michael Grier Eliasek is President and Chief Operating Officer of Prospect Capital Corporation and a Managing Director of Prospect Capital Management and Prospect Administration. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Prospect Capital Corporation.

At Prospect Capital, Grier is responsible for leading Prospect Capital’s team of professionals in the origination and assessment of investments. Prior to his position at Prospect Capital Corporation, he served as a Managing Director with Prospect Street Ventures, an investment management firm which, together with its predecessors, has invested in excess of $1.5 billion in senior loan, mezzanine, bridge loan, private equity, and venture capital structures through publicly traded closed-end funds and private limited partnerships.

Prior to joining Prospect, Grier served as a consultant with Bain & Company, a global strategy consulting firm, where he managed engagements for companies in several different industries. At Bain, he analyzed new lines of businesses, developed market strategies, revamped sales organizations, and improved operational performance.

Grier received his BS with Highest Distinction from the University of Virginia, where he was a Jefferson Scholar and a Rodman Scholar. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

William J. Gremp

William J. Gremp's career as an investment banker, with over 30 years of corporate finance experience in originating and executing transactions and advisory assignments for energy and utility related clients, has spanned years of significant change in the energy industry.

Since 1999, he has been responsible for traditional banking services, credit and lending, private equity and corporate cash management with Merrill Lynch & Co. From 1996 to 1999, William served at Wachovia as senior vice president, managing director and co-founder of the utilities and energy investment banking group, responsible for origination, structuring, negotiation and successful completion of transactions utilizing investment banking, capital markets and traditional commercial banking products.

Prior to joining Prospect, from 1989 to 1996, he was the managing director of global power and project finance at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he was responsible for the origination, delivery and successful implementation of all corporate finance and investment banking products and services to the utility and energy industries. William advised clients on corporate strategy, project financing, mergers and acquisitions and equity and lease finance.

From 1970 to 1989, he was with Merrill Lynch & Co., starting out as an associate in the mergers and acquisitions department, then in 1986 becoming the senior vice president, managing director and head of the regulated industries group. From 1965 to 1970, William served in roles at the United States Army, the Mobil Oil Corporation and a New York management consulting firm.

William received his BS from the University of Minnesota and his MBA from New York University.

Eugene S. Stark

Eugene S. Stark is a financial executive with over 20 years of experience in directing the financial and administrative functions of investment management organizations. He has broad experience in financial management, SEC reporting and compliance; strategic and financial planning; expense, capital and risk management; fund administration; due diligence; acquisition analysis; and integration activities.

Prior to joining Prospect, Eugene has served as the Principal Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Administration at General American Investors Company, Inc. where he is responsible for operations, compliance, and financial functions. From January to April of 2005, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Prospect Energy Corporation, prior to which he worked at Prudential Financial, Inc between 1987 and 2004. His many positions within Prudential include ten years as Vice President and Fund Treasurer of Prudential Mutual Funds, where he was responsible for financial, SEC and Board of Directors reporting for 70 investment companies with $45 billion of assets under management. Eugene’s other roles at Prudential include four years as Senior Vice President of Finance of Prudential Investments, an investment product operating unit with $90 billion of assets under management and two years as Vice President of Finance of Prudential Amenities. In addition to his appointment to the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of Prospect, Eugene is also a member of Mount Saint Mary Academy’s Finance Committee.

Eugene is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his BS, cum laude, from Rider University, and his MBA from Rutgers Business School.
