Bob Atwell
Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer
Robert B. Atwell is the founding CEO of Nicolet National Bank. He has over 30 years’ experience as a Wisconsin banker. He is a graduate of Beloit college (’80) and the Yale School of Management (’83). Bob is Lead Director for the Ariens Company Board, and serves on the Board of Hospital Sisters Health System, Great Northern Corporation, Saris Cycling Group, Promotion Management, Inc. (PMI) and I-Team Companies. He is past Chairman and one of the founders of Relevant Radio, a national Catholic radio network. He is a frequent speaker on leadership and community banking as well as ethics, faith and economics.
Mike Daniels
Executive Vice President & Secretary
Michael E. Daniels graduated from St. Norbert College in 1986, he began his banking career with Associated Bank. In 1993 he was named President and CEO of Effingham Bank & Trust in Rincon, Ga., and served in that capacity for two years. He returned to Green Bay in 1995 and became Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Group Manager at Associated Bank. He left Associated in March of 2000 with Bob Atwell to form Nicolet National Bank. He had served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Nicolet National Bank since 2007 until becoming President and CEO in 2016. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Nicolet National Bank from 2000 to 2007 and Executive Vice President and Secretary of Nicolet Bankshares, Inc. since its inception in 2002. Mike is active in the community serving on several boards and working with non-profit groups. He is a board member of NPS Corp. and UFS. He also serves at St. Norbert College as a member of the President's Advisory Council, the Board of Visitors at the Donald J. Schneider School of Business and as a council member for the SNC Athletic Fund. Mike is on the Executive Board of the March of Dimes and is the Walk Chair. He is a board member of the Nicolet National Foundation and Favre for Hope and is a past board member of CP, Inc.
Ann Lawson, CPA, CMA
Chief Financial Officer
Ann K. Lawson, CPA, CMA has served as Chief Financial Officer of Nicolet Bank and of the Company since February 2, 2009. Ms. Lawson previously served as the Director of Corporate Accounting and Reporting with a large regional bank holding company headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin, from September 1998 to January 2009. Prior work experience includes five years as Principal Accounting Officer at a regional community bank in North Carolina and seven years with KPMG LLP, accounting firm.

Rachel Campos-Duffy
Rachel Duffy is a published author, communications consultant, and television personality specializing in political analysis, culture and parenting. She is a FOX News and FOX Business Contributor and a recurring guest host on hit shows, FOX & Friends and Outnumbered offering her unique view on political news, parenting, and everything in between. Rachel has also appeared as a frequent guest on NBC's Today Show and ABC's The View. In 2008, she co-hosted the series "Speaking of Women's Health" on the Lifetime Network with the legendary Florence Henderson. Her advocacy work has included serving as the national spokesperson for The LIBRE Initiative, a non-profit group that advocates for the economic empowerment of Hispanics through limited government, entrepreneurship and self-reliance. Rachel's debut children's book set to be released in Fall 2019 by Regnery Kids, is a story about a little girl's adventure inside the U.S. Capitol inspired by real life events where she learns about patriotism, courage and her immigrant father's journey to citizenship. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Arizona State University's Honors Program and a Masters Degree in International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego. Rachel lives in Wisconsin with her husband, Congressman Sean Duffy [R-WI], and her eight awesome kids!
Mike Daniels
Michael E. Daniels graduated from St. Norbert College in 1986, he began his banking career with Associated Bank. John N. Dykema
John N. Dykema has served as Director of the Nicolet Bankshares, Inc. since 2006. He is Owner, President and Chief Executive Officer of Campbell Wrapper Corporation and Circle Packaging Machinery, Inc., manufacturers of custom packaging machinery in De Pere. He is on the Boards of NPS Corporation (Green Bay), Hassia-Redatron GmbH (Butzbach, Germany), and Effytec Packaging (Barcelona, Spain). He is a director, executive committee member, and Treasurer of the Bellin Health System, Inc.
Terrence R. Fulwiler
Terrence R. Fulwiler has served as a Director of Nicolet Bankshares, Inc. since 2016. He served as a Director of Baylake Corp. and Baylake Bank from 2010-2016. He was CEO of the WS Packaging Group of Companies, Currently he is Chairman of Bellin Health Systems of Green Bay, Board Member of the Green Bay Packers, WS Packaging Group, Inc., Innovata LLC of Atlanta, GA, EMT International of Green Bay, NPS Co. of Green Bay, On-Site Productions of Green Bay, Parelli Natural Horsemanship of Pagosa springs, CO, DeLeers Millwork of Green Bay, and the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Foundation. Member of the Bellin College Board of Trustees; and board member of East Shore Industries, Greater Green Bay Community Foundation.
Christopher J. Ghidorzi
Christopher J. Ghidorzi has served as Director of Property Development, C.A. Ghidorzi, Inc. and Affiliates (2007 - Present). Previously: Director of Equity Trading, Robert W. Baird & Co. (2001 - 2007). Chris is a trusted advisor to clients, consistently challenging the economics of their real estate development, lease and building plans to realize the best long-term value for the owner. Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in Finance and Business Administration. He was a member of the Badger football team that won back to back Rose Bowl Championships in 1999 and 2000 and served as team captain. Chris was named an Academic All-American Athlete and was also awarded the Ivan B. Williams Scholastic Award for holding the highest GPA on the team. Chris serves on the Board of Directors for University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center and National W Club, the association of UW Madison letter winners representing 11,407 athletes from 36 sports dating back to 1895.
Andrew F. Hetzel Jr.
Andrew Hetzel served as a Nicolet Bankshares Director from 2001-2016, returning as a Director in May 2018. He is Owner and CEO of NPS Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of janitorial paper products and spill control products, headquartered in Green Bay, WI. He is also a board member of Visonex, LLC, a Healthcare Diagnostics Company headquartered in Green Bay.
Donald J. Long Jr.
Donald J. Long, Jr. has served as Director of the Nicolet Bankshares, Inc. since 2000. He is former Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Century Drill & Tool Co., Inc., an expediter of power tool accessories.
Dustin J. McClone
Dustin McClone is Executive Vice President at McClone. Since joining the agency in 2005, he has held a variety of roles from account management to consulting to operational leadership. Currently, he oversees the strategic direction & growth of the company. Prior to joining McClone, Dustin worked as a group sales representative for one of the largest reinsurers in the country with a focus on large employer self-funded health plans. Dustin holds his bachelor’s degree with a double major in finance and economics, in addition to a minor in psychology, from Marquette University. Dustin is dedicated to making significant positive impacts in local communities throughout Wisconsin. He founded the United Way Fox Cities Emerging Leaders program, which raises more than $800,000 annually for the not-for-profit organization. He also serves as a director of the Boys & Girls Club of the Fox Valley, United Way Fox Cities and as a trustee for St. Mary’s Catholic School System.
Susan L. Merkatoris
Susan L. Merkatoris, CPA has served as Director of Nicolet Bankshares, Inc. since 2003. She is the owner of Larboard Enterprises, LLC, which operates multiple The UPS Store franchise locations.
Oliver Pierce Smith
Pierce Smith works for Menasha Packaging a manufacturer of corrugate packaging and displays and provider of fulfillment services across North America. In his operations role, he is responsible for warehousing and the company's real estate foot print. Prior to his current role Pierce worked in information technology helping the company integrate multiple acquisitions. Prior to joining Menasha, Pierce was a consultant for Accenture in New York, NY analyzing systems and processes for technology, media, and telecommunications clients. Pierce received a Bachelor’s of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology of Hoboken, NJ in Mechanical Engineering. Pierce served on FNB Fox Valley's board since 2009 which included serving at times on ALCO, Audit, and Mergers & Acquisition committees. He also chaired the Governance committee. He serves on the board of the Community Foundation of the Fox Valley Region based in Appleton. He also serves on the Executive Committee & Board of Trustees of the Paine Arts Center & Gardens in Oshkosh. Pierce grew up in Neenah and returned to his hometown to live and work in 2013.
Robert J. Weyers
Robert J. Weyers has served as Director of the Nicolet Bankshares, Inc. since 2000. He is Co-Owner of Weyers Group, a private equity investment firm, Commercial Horizons, Inc., a commercial property development company, and PBJ Holdings, LLC, a real estate holding company.
