Ken Trautman Mr. Trautman is co-founder of People’s Bank of Commerce and has served as its President and Chief Executive Officer since September 2008. He was the bank’s President from 1998 until 2008, when he succeeded as President and CEO, after Mike Sickels retired. He serves on the bank’s Asset/Liability and Senior Loan Committees. Formerly, Mr. Trautman worked with Western Bank as Senior Vice President and Regional Administrator for Southern Oregon, before it was purchased by Washington Mutual in 1996. He has served as chairman of the board of directors for the Britt Festivals, Greater Medford Rotary, D-9 Foundation and the Oregon Bankers Association. He is also actively involved with 4-H, FFA and other youth organizations.

Jeri A. Reno Mrs. Reno is the chief operating officer (COO) and is responsible for directing the overall administration of the financial institution. Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of company. She provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Mrs. Reno also serves on the bank's Asset/Liability committee.

Russell E. Milburn Mr. Milburn is the chief financial officer (CFO) and is responsible for financial plans and policies of People’s Bank of Commerce, along with its accounting practices and conduct of relationships with lending institutions. Mr. Milburn directs treasury, budgeting, accounting, tax, risk management and business planning activities. This position has specific responsibility for developing and coordinating the necessary and appropriate accounting systems for efficient and profitable operation of the Bank. He participates in planning and controlling corporate growth and evaluating performance against objectives. Mr. Milburn serves on the bank’s Asset/Liability and is also the Chairperson of this committee and is a part of the bank's executive team.

John A. Boyd Mr. Boyd is the chief credit officer (CCO) and is responsible for credit quality, proper underwriting and compliance with bank policy and regulations for the bank in commercial, consumer and real estate lending activities. He coordinates the activities of the branches with regard to regulatory compliance in pursuit of both lending and corporate goals. In addition, Mr. Boyd works with Branch Managers to coordinate loan training needs, policy changes and implementation. He is a member of the executive team and serves on the bank’s Asset/Liability Committee and is the Chairperson of the Senior Loan Committee.

Steven R. Erb Mr. Erb is the chief banking officer (CBO) and maintains responsibility for the branch network, the bank’s mortgage division, the small business lending team which underwrites and manager small dollar commercial loans and all consumer loans. In addition, Mr. Erb oversees the bank’s marketing efforts as well as the business development team of the bank. He has responsibility for expanding and enhancing the branch network and interacting with State and Federal authorities to obtain proper approvals. As part of the executive team, he also assists the CEO in vetting new business line opportunities as they may arise. Mr. Erb serves on the bank’s Asset/Liability committee and Senior Loan Committee.

Julia Beattie Mrs. Beattie is the chief lending officer (CLO) and is responsible for oversight of the commercial loan production for the bank. This involves the hiring and development of commercial lending officers and providing them the necessary tools and resources to both manage their existing loan portfolios and to efficiently grow their respective portfolios. Mrs. Beattie also provides support in working with other departments to facilitate the loan process from application through underwriting/structuring to approval and loan closing. She works closely with the chief credit administrator to ensure regulatory compliance, bank policy compliance and in managing the criticized assets. Mrs. Beattie facilitates and is actively involved in the calling efforts of calling officers throughout the bank. As part of the executive team, she participates in product development and strategic planning. Mrs. Beattie also serves on the bank’s Senior Loan Committee.

Bill Jacobs, Jr. Mr. Jacobs has served as a director since 1997 and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Jacobs served as Vice Chair of People’s Bank’s Board of Directors from 2004 to 2016. He also serves on the Bank’s Asset/Liability, Audit, Governance/Compensation, and Senior Loan Committees. Mr. Jacobs served in several executive positions with Ford Motor Co., Milpitas, CA (Field Manager); Osco Drug, Inc. in Oak Brook, IL (Exec. VP, Administration); Eye Encounter, Inc. in Anaheim, CA (President and CEO); Pic’n Save Corp. in Carson, CA (Sr. VP, CFO & COO); and Tash, Inc. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA (President and CEO). He has also served as Vice President, Commercial and Economic Development, Chicago Association of Commerce and Industry (CACI), the largest regional chamber of commerce in the USA; on the Board of Gateway Houses, a therapeutic drug rehabilitation service; and on advisory Boards for Chicago’s Malcolm X Community College and the Explorer Scouts of Chicago. Mr. Jacobs served on the Major Gifts Committee of the United Way Crusade of Mercy in Chicago. He also served several Rogue Valley community groups including the board of Southern Oregon Humane Society, and board chair for Rogue Gallery & Art Center. Mr. Jacobs currently serves as President of the Residents Council, Rogue Valley Manor and on the board of the Rogue Valley Manor Foundation Mentor Program. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics and Industrial Engineering) and a Master of Business Administration (Finance and Marketing) from Stanford University, Stanford, California.

Jim Wright Mr. Wright currently chairs the Governance and Compensation Committee and serves on the Asset/Liability and Senior Loan Committees. Mr. Wright is a partner in C.A.M. Real Estate services, which includes Commercial Property Management, C & R Maintenance and ReMax Platinum. His civic involvement has included chairing the following boards of directors: Asante Health Systems, SOU Foundation, Medford Rogue Rotary Club, Oregon Economic Development Commissions, Oregon State Finance Committee and the Southern Oregon Chapter of the American Red Cross. His honors include the 'First Citizen Award' in 1998 from the Medford/Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, the 'SIR Award' in 1991 from Associated General Contractors of Oregon, the 'President's Medal' from SOU in 1986, and 'Alumni of the Year' in 1985 from SOU; all considered among the most prestigious awards in their respective industries.

Bob Mayers Mr. Mayers serves on the bank’s Audit, Governance and Compensation and Senior Loan Committees. He is the Chief Executive Officer for Adroit Construction based in Ashland, Oregon. He has been a partner at Adroit since 1981 and in the construction industry since 1971. Mr. Mayers serves on the board of trustees for the Ashland YMCA, chairing their annual Scholarship for Kids Campaign. He also sits on the board of directors for Asante Foundation, Rogue Valley Manor, Pacific Retirement Services, Associated General Contractors, Oregon - Columbia Chapter, and is the current Chair of the Medford Chamber.

Lindsay D. Berryman Mrs. Berryman serves on the bank’s Senior Loan Committee. She was elected the first woman mayor in Medford’s history in November 1998. Mrs. Berryman was owner and president of Cookie Connection, Inc., a Medford retail business for 15 years. Other past professional experience includes being an Oregon realtor, business development officer at People’s Bank of Commerce, owner of Sacca di’Italiana, owner/broker of L & B Associates seminar promotions, serving as assistant director of Winema Girl Scout Council, and working as a dispensing nurse with Jackson County Mental Health. Mrs. Berryman is a graduate of James Ward Thorn School of Nursing at Northwestern University and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University. She is a member of Southern Oregon Humane Society and Class V Fellow of the American Leadership Forum.

Roy Vinyard Mr. Vinyard serves on the bank’s Audit and Governance and Compensation Committees. Mr. Vinyard has been President and CEO of Asante, a health system serving southern Oregon and Northern California, since 1999. He has served on the board of Directors of the Oregon Association of Hospitals and Health Systems, the American Hospital Association Health Care Systems Governing Council, and as a state delegate for the American Hospital Association Regional Policy Board. He currently serves on the board of numerous local and state organizations.

Jim Teece Mr. Teece serves on the bank’s Senior Loan Committee. Mr. Teece is the president, CEO and co-founder of Project A, a technology business, which provides comprehensive business solutions. He is also the president and CEO of Ashland Home Net in Ashland, Oregon, a community-based internet service provider, chief technology officer and co-founder of Art Authority, LLC, as well as creator of Ashland TV 20, Rogue Broadband, and a multitude of other specialized technology projects. Mr. Teece currently serves on the board of directors for the Jackson County Fair and Expo, Southern Oregon University Foundation and Northwest Telecommunications Association. His former board appointments have included the Ashland Independent Film Festival, Ashland Chamber of Commerce, the Southern Oregon Telecommunications and Technology Council, and Software Association of Oregon, Southern Oregon Region. Additional board service included Asante Foundation, Jefferson Public Radio, and Software Association of Oregon.

William C. St. Laurent Mr. St. Laurent is founder and chairman of the board of True Bearing Diagnostics in Washington, D.C., a biotech research company and SeqLL, Inc. a manufacturer of genetic sequencers based in Woburn, Massachusetts. He is also the founder of St. Laurent Land & Cattle Co., Inc., based in Eagle Point, Oregon, which raises beef with no hormones or antibiotics and has 125 acres of vineyards in development. Mr. St. Laurent is chief executive officer of St. Laurent Properties, LLC in Orlando, Florida, and Vancouver, Washington; president of Consolidated Forest Products, Inc., in Perry, Florida, and American Mulch & Groundcover, LLC in Central Florida. He is president and board member for St. Laurent Institute in Vancouver, Washington. Mr. St. Laurent served as vice chairman of Western Bank from 1989 until the bank sold in 1996. Heavily involved in community and charitable work, St. Laurent is currently Treasurer for the Florida Lacrosse Association and Braveheart Lacrosse Club, where he occasionally coaches youth lacrosse, as well as a board member for the St. Laurent Family Foundation and the City of Vancouver Aviation Advisory Committee. Mr. St. Laurent earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in 1986.

Jackie Anderberg Mrs. Anderberg serves on the bank’s Audit Committee. Semi-retired, she is most renowned for founding United Risk Solutions, a commercial insurance risk management and brokering firm located in Medford, Oregon and licensed in 48 states. The company grew from two employees to more than 45 with more than $75 million in annual premium volume. Mrs. Anderberg remains active with several projects, including: a start-up partnership, Backlot Casting in Los Angeles; founder and owner of Laundry & Quarters, which provides short-term lodging for guests in Jacksonville, Oregon; and an advisory board member for the Seattle-based lifestyle brand, Simply Pets. She also served as vice president of Propel Insurance from 2016 to 2017 and KDP Insurance from 1999 to 2006. Mrs. Anderberg is a licensed insurance agent and consultant and earned her business degree with honors from Idaho State University.

Kurt Kaufman Mr. Kaufman serves on the bank’s Senior Loan Committee. He is part-owner of Croman Corporation based in White City, Oregon. Croman provides aerial services for fire suppression, logging, and heavy lift and construction. Mr. Kaufman is also part-owner of C&K Properties, T&K Enterprises, and a mining company, Big Spring Gold, LLC. Aside from his Croman responsibilities, he is a farmer of 33 acres of pears and 28 acres of row crops including corn, squash and pumpkin. He was also a board member for Southern Oregon Sales – an agricultural processing plant working with some of the largest agricultural producers in the region. In 1995, Mr. Kaufman was named by Oregon State University’s Extension Service as one of the top 10 producing orchardists in the Rogue Valley. He is also USDA certified as a Good Agricultural Practices Grower.
