Mr. Alexander graduated from the University of Texas (Austin) with highest honors majoring in real estate. Drew joined WRI in 1978 as a Leasing Executive in the Retail Division. He held various positions and was named President of WRI in 1997 and was appointed the Company’s Chief Executive Officer in 2001. Mr. Alexander serves on the Board of Weingarten Realty Investors.

Mr. Alexander is active in a number of civic and charitable organizations. He serves as a director of The Texas Medical Center, The Gladney Fund, The Endowment Board of the Houston Food Bank, and The Real Estate Center at the University of Houston. Mr. Alexander previously served on a number of Boards including Houston Food Bank, Houston Achievement Place, The Gladney Center, Rebuilding Together Houston, United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast, Charter Bancshares, Academy Sports & Outdoors and Susser Holdings Corp. Additionally, he is a past member of several committees at Congregation Emanu El and the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston. Further, Mr. Alexander is a trustee and past chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers and current trustee of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.

Stanford is currently the Chairman of Weingarten Realty Investors and serves on the Board of Trustees.

He joined WRI in the early 1950's after completing the Executive Training program at J. Weingarten, Inc., the family's supermarket chain. Following several promotions in various divisions of the Company, he was named President of the realty company in 1962. In 1997, he was appointed Chairman and CEO and served as the Company's chief executive officer until December 31, 2000.

Stanford attended the University of Texas, graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. A year later he attended Harvard Business School where he received his Masters Degree, also in Business Administration. After he graduated from Harvard, he served as a lieutenant in the United States Air Force during the Korean war.

He is a past chairman of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and is still active on the Executive Committee and Board of Governors. Stanford is also a longtime member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Other current Board positions include The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Board of Visitors and Development Board, the National Trustee of National Jewish Medical and Research Center, and the University of Houston-Downtown Advisory Board.

Ms. Brown retired in June 2011 as Senior Executive Vice President and Executive Officer of BBVA Compass Retail Banking. At BBVA, Ms. Brown was responsible for a branch distribution system of 717 branches, online and mobile banking, ATMs, telephone banking, traditional consumer and small business credit and deposit products, investment sales, mortgage products and business, and brand marketing.

In addition to her position as Trust Manager for Weingarten Realty, which she has held since 2012, Ms. Brown serves on the Board of Directors of BBVA Compass Bancshare and Compass Bank (Risk and Audit Committee). Previously, she served as Chairman of the Government Relations Council of the Board of Consumer Bankers Association.

Ms. Brown actively serves in her community and currently serves as Chairman for Cancare Board of Directors as well; she serves on the board of Newspring and National Senior Campuses, Inc.

Mr. Crownover retired from McKinsey & Company, Inc., an international consulting firm, in 1998 where he was managing director of its southwest practice and a member of its Board of Directors. Since retirement, he has managed his personal investments.

Mr. Crownover has been a Trust Manager for Weingarten Realty since 2001 and previously served as lead Trust Manager from 2009 - 2015. Additionally, Mr. Crownover is on the Board of Republic Services, Inc. (previously as Chairman of the Board and currently serves as member of the Integration Committee and Audit Committee Chairman). He also serves as a Director of Chemtura Corporation (Environmental Health and Safety Committee Chairman, Compensation and Governance Committee member). Previously, Mr. Crownover has served on the Boards of FTI Consulting, Inc. (Compensation, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee member), Unocal Corporation (Audit Committee Chairman and Pension Committee Chairman), Great Lakes Chemical Corporation (Presiding Director) which merged into Chemtura Corporation, and Allied Waste Industries (Governance Committee Chairman and Audit Committee member) which merged into Republic Services, Inc.

In the community, Mr. Crownover currently serves on the Board of Directors for the M.D. Anderson Foundation and is Chairman of the Board of Houston Grand Opera. Previously, he served two terms as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Rice University.

Mr. Lasher is currently the Managing Director and President of GulfStar Group, Inc. which he co-founded. GulfStar, Inc. is a leading middle-market investment banking firm focused on the needs of private business owners. Mr. Lasher has more than 30 years of experience in the securities industry.

In addition to his position as Trust Manager for Weingarten Realty, which he has held since 1980, Mr. Lasher is a director of several private companies. He previously served as a Director of Conservatek Industries (Compensation Committee) from 1995 to 2009 as well as several other publicly-listed boards.

Mr. Ryan is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Service Corporation International (SCI), the largest provider of death care products and services in North America. Before joining SCI in 1996, he was an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Mr. Ryan is a certified public accountant (“CPA”).

Mr. Ryan has served as a Trust Manager of Weingarten Realty since 2012. He also serves as a member of the Board of Chesapeake Energy Corporation and previously served on the Board of Texas Industries, Inc. (acquired by Martin Marietta Materials).

Mr. Ryan is active in the community by serving on the Board of Trustees of the United Way of Greater Houston and Genesys Works. He also serves on the University of Texas McCombs Business School Advisory Council.

Mr. Schnitzer has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Senterra LLC, a holding company for numerous entities primarily involving real estate and luxury automobile dealerships owned by the Schnitzer family since 1994.

Mr. Schnitzer has served as Trust Manager for Weingarten Realty since 1984.

Mr. Shaper retired as President of Kinder Morgan, Inc., Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. and Kinder Morgan Management, LLC in 2013. Kinder Morgan, Inc. and its affiliates are one of the largest pipeline transportation and energy storage companies in North America. Previously, Mr. Shaper served as President and Director of Altair Corporation, an enterprise focused on the distribution of web-based investment research for the financial services industry. Additionally, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for First Data Analytics, consultant for The Boston Consulting Group, as well as the Strategic Services Division of Anderson Consulting, and has previous experience with TeleCheck Services, Inc.

Mr. Shaper has served as Trust Manager for Weingarten Realty since 2007. He previously served as Director and President of the general partner of El Paso Pipeline Partners, L.P. and as a Director on the Boards of Kinder Morgan G.P., Inc (General Partner of Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P.) and Kinder Morgan Management, LLC.

Since 2003, Mr. Shapiro has served as a consultant to J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. as a non-executive Chairman of its Texas operations. Formerly, he was Vice Chairman for Finance and Risk Management of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. from 1997 through 2003. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of Texas Commerce Bank.

Mr. Shapiro has served as Trust Manager of Weingarten Realty since 1985. Additionally, he serves as a Director on the Boards of Kimberly-Clarke Corporation and The Mexico Fund. (Audit Committee Chairman). Previously, he served on the Board of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation (Management Development and Compensation Committee Chairman) which was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway Inc.

Mr. Shapiro's community involvement has included serving on several not-for-profit boards including Baylor College of Medicine, St. Luke's Medical Center Hospital, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and The Menninger Clinic.
