James Tubbs has served as President and CEO of State Bank of Cross Plains (the “Bank”) since July 2011. Mr. Tubbs has been with the Bank since November 1995 most recently serving as Executive Vice President and the head of the Business Banking Division. In addition to his many years with the Bank, he has another seven years of banking experience as an officer at M&I in Milwaukee and four years with First Wisconsin – Madison. He is an active Board Member of Bankers’ Bank of Wisconsin and Bishops Bay Country Club where he also serves as Treasurer. In addition, he is an active Member of Downtown Madison, Inc., and United Way of Dane County. He has served as Chairman of Community Bankers of Wisconsin and is a past Board Member of Wisconsin Bankers Association.

Executive Vice President Chief Lending Officer April 2018 to present. Mr. Ducke shall be responsible for the overall management of the Commercial and Business Banking Division. Reporting to him are SVP and Vice Presidents – Commercial & Business Bankers. Mr. Ducke’s duties include preparing for, conducting and reporting on business development activities related to prospects and existing commercial customers of the bank. His duties require him to work with the loan service and underwriting departments as well as Treasury and Wealth Management, Mortgage and Private Banking departments. He shall also serve on the Bank’s Executive Team.

Senior Vice President Chief Financial Officer was elected to the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. She reports to the President. Ms. Loken’s primary duty is the accurate and timely execution of financial control and reporting. She shall also assume the responsibility for oversight and management of specific internal audit functions, wholesale funding, securities portfolio investments and the risk management process. Reporting to her is the Vice President Controller and Assistant Cashier. She shall serve as chair of the Asset Liability Committee. She shall also serve on the Bank’s Executive Team and perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the Bank President. Her additional responsibilities include Treasurer of S.B.C.P. Bancorp., Inc.

Mr. Manchester’s role is to provide strategic leadership to the retail services management team and is responsible for executing sales and services initiatives that meet/exceed sales performance targets for retail services. Additionally, he is directly involved in the development and implementation of new products and services, manages the retail banking office network and all related retail activity which includes; oversight of branch administration, retail loan origination and develops and oversees implementation of retail policies.

Mr. Eager’s role is to provide leadership to many communities we serve and to be the head of our agricultural division, which also includes our crop insurance division. He shall also serve on the Bank’s Executive Team and Board of Directors.

Charles L. Saeman

Charles L. Saeman is currently the President and Chairman of the Holding Company and Chairman of the Board of the State Bank of Cross Plains. He has served on the Board of Directors since 1988. Mr. Saeman was employed in various capacities, including CEO, at the State Bank from 1972 to 2009. Mr. Saeman has a degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. In addition to participation and leadership in a variety of local organizations, he has also served banking organizations including Community Bankers of Wisconsin and the Independent Community Bankers of America.

Catherine is Principal and President of Capital Valuation Group, working with business owners and their advisers to establish the value of business interests for purposes of purchase or sale, divorce, litigation support, estate planning and estate tax. Catherine’s professional experience includes more than twenty years of valuing, owning and selling businesses as well as serving on the board of directors of a number of businesses and community organizations.

Catherine earned her MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating summa cum laude, and has earned the Accredited Senior Analyst designation from the American Society of Appraisers. At Capital Valuation Group, she has co-written a booklet, An Introduction to Business Valuation that describes the key ideas behind business valuation.

Stephen B. Grundahl

Stephen B. Grundahl has been a Director for the Company and Bank since April 2016.

Stephen is Founder and President of Midwest Prototyping, collaborating with product development and design firms--from aerospace, to medicine, to the fashion industry -- to help create unique and innovative products or improve existing products by developing prototype parts made from different types of plastics, resins, nylon powders and nylon blended with aluminum. His company, Midwest Prototyping, also does small runs of niche parts but primarily serves companies that are at the end of the design stage on a product and want to quickly and economically begin building a prototype. Since 2001, he has immersed himself in the world of 3-D printing, something he discovered while a student at the Milwaukee School of Engineering in the mid-1990s.

Stephen graduated from Milwaukee School of Engineering earning a Mechanical Engineering degree and serves on the board of directors of a number of colleges and community organizations.

Vern is an attorney with the law firm of Murphy Desmond S.C. Murphy Desmond is full- service law firm with nearly 40 lawyers in offices in Madison, Janesville and Appleton, Wisconsin.

Daniel is General Counsel and National Sales Manager of Plastic Ingenuity. Plastic Ingenuity is a packaging company and one of the largest custom thermoformers in North America. Mr. Kuehn received a BS degree from University of Wisconsin Madison and a J.D. degree from Northwestern University School of Law.

Daniel N. Rashke has been a Director for the Company and Bank since March 2015.

Dan is Chief Executive Officer and Owner of TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation), specializing in benefit account management, separation services and compliance services. Employed in the tax-advantaged employee benefits field since 1983, Dan is proficient in the tax, insurance, and investment arenas. TASC is recognized as one of the top five national third-party administrators (TPA) of employee benefits plans.

Mr. Rashke has most recently been awarded the 2015 Brian Howell Excellence in Innovation Award from Madison Magazine. Dan has been honored through the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award Program and the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau Torch Award Program for ethics and integrity.

He currently serves on the WBA legislative committee, is one of two Federal Delegates to the ICBA Federal Delegate Board and is a Director of Bankers’ Bank, Madison.
