Kim Hazelton A native of Broome County, Ms. Hazelton has 30 years of banking experience and has served in executive management positions with NBT, Fifth Third Bank and TD Bank. In 2014 she relocated back to New York State and has most recently served as the Chief Operations Officer of Alternatives Federal Credit Union in Ithaca, NY.

Kim will oversee the Retail Banking Division, which includes 33 full-service branches, and the residential and consumer lending operations of the bank.

A resident of Cayuga County, just outside of Ithaca, Ms. Hazelton is active in the MADD program and she serves as Board Member of Habitat for Humanity of Tompkins and Cortland counties.

Karl F. Krebs joined the bank's management team as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer on October 17, 2013. Mr. Krebs is also Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Chemung Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:CHMG), CCTC's parent company.
Mr. Krebs, has more than 30 years of banking experience, and began his career in 1982, serving most recently as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Financial Institutions Inc./Five Star Bank, in Warsaw, NY. During his banking career he has held management positions at: Goldome Bank, Key Corp, National City and HSBC before joining Financial Institutions/Five Star.

Thomas W. Wirth Thomas W. Wirth was promoted to Executive Vice President, Division Manager of the Wealth Management Group at Chemung Canal Trust Company in 2015. He began his career at Chemung Canal in 1987 and joined the Investment Department in 1990 as a Portfolio Manager and was elected Trust Investment Officer in 1993. In 1996, Mr. Wirth became the Finance/Asset/Liability Manager and Bank Portfolio Manager and was elected Assistant Vice President. In 1998, he was elected Vice President and in 1999 returned to the Investment Department as the Investment Services Department Manager, Senior Investment Officer and was promoted in 2004 to Senior Vice President.

Thomas Tranter Jr. Mr. Tranter is the President of Corning Enterprises, the collaborative arm of Corning, Inc. that aims to positively impact the economic, cultural, educational and social health of our region. Tranter joined Corning, Inc. in 2000 after serving ten years as Chemung County Executive, having been elected three times to that position. He previously served as Chemung County Deputy Executive, Horseheads Village Manager, and Executive Director of the Chemung/Schuyler Chapter of the American Red Cross. Mr. Tranter currently serves as co-chairman of the Southern Tier Regional Economic Council for New York State, is vice-chair of the New York State Business Council and vice-chair of Corning Hospital. He serves on the Board of Corning’s Gaffer District, the Chemung County Industrial Development Agency and the Southern Tier Central Regional Planning & Development Board. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Elmira College, a Masters in professional studies from Alfred University and is a graduate of Cornell University’s executive development program.

Thomas R. Tyrrell Mr. Tyrrell has served, since 2014, as Vice President of Rose & Kiernan, Inc., a general insurance agency in the North East. He was formerly Albany Area Chairman of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a company specializing in providing contract surety and property and casualty insurance and risk management products and services to the construction industry with particular emphasis on the heavy highway, bridge and general building construction disciplines. Mr. Tyrrell currently serves as Chairman of the St. Peter’s Hospital Foundation Board and is a member of the Board of the Eastern Contractors’ Association of New York State, the Empire Broadcasting Company, Maria College of Albany, the Albany Police and Fire Foundation and Saint Gregory’s School for Boys. He has also served on the Advisory Board of Capital Bank, the Albany division of Chemung Canal Trust Company. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Holy Cross.
