Jane Grebenc
Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer
Ms. Grebenc is Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of First Commonwealth Financial Corporation and President of First Commonwealth Bank. Ms. Grebenc's financial services career includes executive leadership roles at a variety of institutions, including Park View Federal Savings Bank, Key Bank, and National City Bank. Ms. Grebenc received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from John Carroll University, and she earned her MBA in Finance and Marketing from Case Western Reserve University.
Leonard V. Lombardi
Executive Vice President and Chief Audit Executive
Leonard V. Lombardi, CIA, CFSA, is Executive Vice President and Chief Audit Executive at First Commonwealth Financial Corporation. Lombardi began his banking career in 1981 as an auditor. In addition to audit and loan review, he has held various managerial positions in finance. A graduate of Penn State University where he earned a BBA in Accounting, Lombardi completed his MBA in Finance at Indiana University.
Norman J. Montgomery
Executive Vice President of Business Integration
Mr. Montgomery is the Executive Vice President of Business Integration. Mr. Montgomery joined First Commonwealth in June of 1989. He oversees Product Management, including Loans, Deposits and Electronic Delivery Channels, Information Technology and Operations. Mr. Montgomery earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed the BAI Graduate School of Bank Operations and Technology.
Thomas Michael Price
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Price became President and Chief Executive Officer of First Commonwealth Financial Corporation in March 2012. He joined First Commonwealth in 2007 as President of First Commonwealth Bank. Mike has more than 30 years of management experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining First Commonwealth, Mike was with a large financial institution in Ohio, where he served in a variety of roles, including: Bank Teller, Branch Manager, Lender, Head of Small Business and Regional CEO. Mr. Price received his BS degree from the University of Utah, and earned his MBA from Cleveland State University.
Matthew C. Tomb
Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, General Counsel and Secretary
Matt Tomb is Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of First Commonwealth Financial Corporation. Mr. Tomb serves as internal legal counsel for the corporation and oversees the company's compliance, security and fraud and enterprise risk management functions. Prior to joining First Commonwealth in August 2007, Mr. Tomb worked for a Denver based law firm where he specialized in corporate, securities and banking law, and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor Degree from Duke University.
Carrie L. Riggle
Executive Vice President / Human Resources
Ms. Riggle is Executive Vice President / Human Resources. Ms. Riggle is responsible for the strategic development of the corporation’s compensation, benefits, recruitment, and training functions. Ms. Riggle has been with First Commonwealth for more than 20 years. Over the course of her tenure, Ms. Riggle has been responsible for the daily operations of the Human Resources function and was actively involved in the establishment and development of a centralized corporate human resources function within the company. Ms. Riggle is a graduate of Grove City College with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Marketing and Psychology. Ms. Riggle earned her Master of Science degree in Human Resources Administration from LaRoche College.
James R. Reske
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
Mr. Reske is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of First Commonwealth Financial Corporation. Prior to joining First Commonwealth, Mr. Reske served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at United Community Financial Corporation in Youngstown, Ohio. Mr. Reske's financial services career includes investment banking roles within the Financial Institutions Groups at Keybanc Capital Markets, Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio and at Morgan Stanley & Company in New York. Mr. Reske also provided expertise and counsel to financial institutions and other organizations on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets activities as an attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, as well as at Sullivan & Cromwell. Earlier in his career, Mr. Reske worked at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in Washington, DC and at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.

Mr. Reske earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and received a master's degree in International Business and a combined bachelor's/master's degree in Communication from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
Brian G. Karrip
Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
Prior to joining First Commonwealth, Mr. Karrip served as Executive Vice President, Specialized Lending for FirstMerit Bank. In this capacity, Mr. Karrip managed a team of 100+ employees and focused on the strategic development and day-to-day operations for seven lines of business. Mr. Karrip's financial services career also includes 16 years with National City Bank where he held a variety of roles primarily focused on the commercial lending division and served as Regional President of Michigan and Illinois. Prior to joining FirstMerit Bank, Mr. Karrip served as Managing Director and Group Head of Loan Syndications and Sales at KeyBanc Capital Markets. A native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Mr. Karrip earned his bachelor's and master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

David S. Dahlmann
Chairman
Mr. Dahlmann is Chairman of the Board of the Corporation; formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Southwest Bank (which was acquired by the Corporation in 1998) and Director of First Commonwealth Bank.
Julie A. Caponi
Mrs. Caponi is a Certified Public Accountant. In January 2018, she retired from her position as Assistant Treasurer of Arconic Inc. (formerly known as Alcoa Inc.), where she held various roles since 2000. Mrs. Caponi was previously an audit partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mrs. Caponi joined our Board in 2007 and is also a Director of First Commonwealth Bank.
Ray T. Charley
Mr. Charley is Chief Executive Officer, Thomi Company (retail grocers); Director of First Commonwealth Bank.
Gary R. Claus
Mr. Claus is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Claus spent 35 years as a tax accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he was admitted as a Partner in 1986 and served as the Pittsburgh Tax Site Leader from 1992 through 2004. He served as an executive search and talent consultant from 2008 until his retirement in October 2017. Mr. Claus joined our Board in 2011 and is also a Director of First Commonwealth Bank.
Johnston A. Glass
Johnston Glass, retired, is a former Vice Chairman of First Commonwealth Financial Corporation, and former President and CEO of First Commonwealth Bank (1997 to 2005).
Jon L. Gorney
Mr. Gorney is a management consultant who began his 37-year career in the financial services industry with National City Corporation. He served as Executive Vice President of National City Corporation from 1992 through 2008 and oversaw all technology and operations for National City. From 2004 through 2006, Mr. Gorney also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of National Processing Company, a majority subsidiary of National City that was the second largest merchant card processor in the United States.

Mr. Gorney joined PNC Financial Services Group through the acquisition of National City in December 2008 and served as an Executive Vice President until his retirement in June 2010. Mr. Gorney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Dayton. Mr. Gorney is also a Director of First Commonwealth Bank.
David W. Greenfield
Mr. Greenfield previously served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Kennametal, Inc., a global manufacturer of tooling, engineered components and advanced materials consumed in production processes. Prior to joining Kennametal in 2001, Mr. Greenfield was a member of Buchanan Ingersoll P.C., a Pittsburgh-based law firm, focusing on corporate, financial and transactional issues involving public and private companies.

He also served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Meritor Automotive, Inc. and Associate General Counsel of Rockwell International Corporation. Mr. Greenfield earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. Having practiced law for over 35 years and served in executive capacities for three publicly traded companies, Mr. Greenfield has extensive experience in corporate governance, ethics and compliance matters and the execution of corporate strategy.
Luke A. Latimer
Mr. Latimer is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer of R&L Development, a heavy construction company in New Alexandria, Pennsylvania. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of R&L Development from 1999 to October 2015. Mr. Latimer has also served as Vice President and Treasurer of Derry International LTD, Incorporated, a mining company based in New Alexandria, Pennsylvania, since 1999, and is a General Partner of SML Limited Partnership, a real estate holding and development partnership in New Alexandria, Pennsylvania. Mr. Latimer joined our Board in April 2011. He also serves as a Director of First Commonwealth Bank.
Laurie Stern Singer
Ms. Singer consults in business finance and organization management in both the public and private sector. She served as President of the Allegheny Valley Development Corporation and Allegheny Valley Chamber of Commerce for 27 and 20 years respectively. Ms. Singer was a director of Southwest National Corporation from 1994 and joined our Board in 1998 upon the completion of our merger with Southwest National Corporation. She is also a director of First Commonwealth Bank.
Robert J. Ventura
Mr. Ventura is Executive Managing Director of Ventura Group, LLC, an investment banking firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mr. Ventura served as a director of GA Financial, Inc. from 1998 and joined our Board in 2004 at the completion of our acquisition of GA Financial, Inc. He also serves as a Director of First Commonwealth Bank.
Stephen A. Wolfe
Mr. Wolfe is a 30-year veteran of the healthcare industry and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Indiana Regional Medical Center, an independent community hospital in Indiana, Pennsylvania, since 1999. Mr. Wolfe joined our Board in April 2017 and is also a Director of First Commonwealth Bank.
Bart E. Johnson
Mr. Johnson is President and CEO of AgriCommunicators, Inc., a multi-channel communications firm specializing in the agricultural community. He previously served as a director of DCB Financial Corp from 2010 and joined our board in April 2017 following the completion of our acquisition of DCB Financial. Mr. Johnson is also a Director of First Commonwealth Bank.
