Christopher D. Myers
President & CEO, CVB Financial Corp.
Chris Myers joined Citizens Business Bank in August 2006 as President and Chief Executive Officer. CVB Financial Corp. ("CVBF"), the holding company for Citizens Business Bank, is the ninth largest bank holding company headquartered in California with assets over $8 billion. CVBF trades on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the symbol 'CVBF'. The Bank is consistently recognized as one of the top performing banks in the nation and offers a wide array of banking, lending and investing services through over 50 banking centers and 3 trust office locations serving the Inland Empire, Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County, Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, and the Central Valley area of California.

The company has produced positive earnings in 162 consecutive quarters and paid a cash dividend in 112 consecutive quarters. For 2016, CVBF was ranked as the "Best Bank in America" according to Forbes' America's Best Banks. For the last four consecutive years, Bank Director ranked CVBF a "Top 5 Bank" in the U.S.

Prior to his tenure at Citizens Business Bank, Chris served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mellon First Business Bank. He is presently a Board Member for the California Bankers Association and the UCLA Anderson School of Management's Fink Center for Finance and Investments. Mr. Myers received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Harvard University in 1984 and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1991.
David A. Brager
Executive Vice President, Sales Division
David A. Brager joined the Bank in 2003. He was promoted to Executive Vice President of the Sales Division in November 2010 and is responsible for all aspects of the sales delivery and sales support departments including marketing, treasury management, international, government services, and bankcard. In addition, Mr. Brager oversees all business financial centers and commercial banking centers across the Bank’s footprint in California. Prior to his promotion, he served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of the Central Valley Region after serving as Manager of the Fresno Business Financial Center. Mr. Brager’s professional career incorporates over 30 years of banking experience with an extensive background in management, commercial lending, business planning, sales, and operations.

Mr. Brager received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno. He also graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School which is in partnership with the University of Washington Graduate School Of Business.
David C. Harvey
Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer
David Harvey, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, joined the Bank in December of 2009 as a seasoned bank operations professional with experience in commercial loan servicing, loan documentation, foreign exchange, payment operations, cash management, information technology, budgeting, process improvement, vendor management, and treasury services. He began his banking career in 1990 with First Nationwide Bank in Sacramento, where he managed the development of cash management services including ACH, Wires, and Lockbox with a focus on middle-market business banking. In 2000, Dave was hired by Bank of the West, where he ran various Operations Departments and, most recently, served as Executive Vice President of the Commercial and Treasury Services Division.

Mr. Harvey received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University at Sacramento. He is also a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. He is a Certified Treasury Professional and a member of the Association for Financial Professionals and also serves on the WesPay Board of Directors.
R. Daniel Banis
Executive Vice President and Head of CitizensTrust
R. Daniel Banis, Executive Vice President, brings more than 30 years of financial services industry experience to his role as Head of CitizensTrust, overseeing the Bank’s investing and wealth management services. Mr. Banis began his banking career with Security Pacific National Bank in 1979, where he rose to the position of First Vice President and Regional Director for the Northwest Region. In 1992, he joined Bank of America with a focus in private banking and was promoted to Vice President and Director of their Trust Client Services Division. During 1995, Mr. Banis joined Fidelity Investments as President of Fidelity Management Trust Company of California and subsequently was National Sales Manager of the Portfolio Advisory Services Division. From 2002 to 2009, Mr. Banis was with First American Trust in Santa Ana, where he served as President, and assets under management and administration doubled under his leadership. He joined CitizensTrust in 2012 from MullinTBG, a Prudential Company, where he served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Strategy, leading their sales, marketing, relationship management, investment advisory and analytical services groups.

Dan earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and his MBA from California State University at Los Angeles. Dan has also participated in executive education and certificated programs at the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University, the John F. Kennedy School at Harvard, and the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Yamynn De Angelis
Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer
Yamynn De Angelis, Executive Vice President and Risk Management Officer, has been with Citizens Business Bank for 28 years. Her career with the Bank has been in various administrative positions, overseeing the operations of business financial centers and operational/sales support areas. She was promoted to her current position of Chief Risk Officer of the Risk Management Division in 2009, overseeing risk, compliance, appraisal and audit functions of the Bank.

Mrs. De Angelis received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Rangoon Arts and Science University in Burma.
E. Allen Nicholson
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
E. Allen Nicholson is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Citizens Business Bank. Mr. Nicholson’s professional career encompasses over 25 years of financial leadership experience. Allen started his career as a certified public accountant and auditor with Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Thereafter, for the next 13 years, Mr. Nicholson served in various finance roles at Mellon Financial and its successor, BNY Mellon. He concluded his career at BNY Mellon as the Chief Financial Officer of Mellon 1st Business Bank and as the Chief Financial Officer of BNY Mellon Wealth Management’s National Banking Business Line.

Following the sale of Mellon 1st Business Bank to U.S. Bank Corp. in 2008, Mr. Nicholson joined 1st Enterprise Bank as its Chief Financial Officer. As a de novo, the bank grew to approximately $800 million in assets. Mr. Nicholson left 1St Enterprise Bank in late 2014, in connection with its acquisition by CU Bancorp. Prior to joining CVB Financial Corp. and Citizens Business Bank in June of 2016, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Premier Bank and its holding company, Pacific Premier Bancorp Inc.

Mr. Nicholson received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton and his MBA from Virginia Tech.
Richard H. Wohl
Executive Vice President, General Counsel
Richard H. Wohl is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of CVB Financial Corporation and Citizens Business Bank. Over the past twenty years, he has served in a variety of senior legal and business roles with banking and finance companies, including Indymac Bank and First Republic Bank. In the earlier stages of his career, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dorothy Nelson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, held the positions of Acting Assistant Legal Adviser and Attorney Adviser for East Asia and the Pacific at the U.S. Department of State, and worked as an attorney in the Institutional Lending Group at the law firm of Morrison & Foerster.

He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History (with distinction) from Stanford University and his Juris Doctor Degree (with honors) from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review. He is a member of the Bar in the states of California and New York, he serves as a designated member of the Financial Institutions Committee of the Business Law Section of the California State Bar, and he is a Certified Mortgage Banker.
Elsa I. Zavala
Executive Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer
Elsa Zavala, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer, has over 25 years of experience in information systems, operations, and technology. Ms. Zavala’s professional career began with General Bank, where she served in various capacities from 1980 through 1993.

Elsa was hired by the Bank in July 1993 as Director of Information Services. Her responsibilities included management of computer operations, networks, and backroom operations. In 2007, Mrs. Zavala was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Information Technology Division.

She is a graduate of the Instituto Commercial Ingles, Monterrey, Mexico. In 1998, she received an undergraduate Banking School degree from BAI Banking School at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Other education includes Advanced IT Management from Cal Poly Pomona’s College of the Extended University, Leadership Development from USC Marshall School of Business, Compliance Management from University of Oklahoma, and Leadership and Executive Development from Gartner CIO Academy, CIO Institute and CISO Institute at UC Berkeley, Leadership Development and Organization Leadership from California Bankers Association (CBA), Predictive Index (PI) and Certified Cyber Security Architect (CCSA).

In the past, she has held two board advisory positions at worldwide Security Companies. Today, she holds a board position at a CISO Advisory Council for three worldwide Cybersecurity Companies. Her other accomplishments include Computer Forensic Specialist, and Institution Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification.

Elsa received a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition, Woman of Distinction Honoree, by the Business Press.

Elsa is a member of Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FSISAC), Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), Project Management Institute (PMI), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Evanta (CEB Company) CIO Executive Forum, and InfraGard, Los Angeles (Alliance with FBI, Homeland Security and Infrastructure).
G. Larry Zivelonghi
Executive Vice President, Dairy & Livestock Industries Group Manager
Larry Zivelonghi, Executive Vice President and Dairy & Livestock Industries Group Manager, has been in banking for over 36 years and with Citizens Business Bank for nearly 24 years. Larry began his banking career with First Interstate Bank in 1980, which led him to "centralized agricultural credit" at Crocker National Bank in 1983. In addition to First Interstate Bank and Crocker National Bank, Larry also had considerable agricultural financing experience with Security Pacific Bank. Larry started Citizens Business Bank’s Dairy & Livestock Industries Group in April of 1993. He was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2007.

He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Agribusiness from California State University, Fresno.
Ted J. Dondanville
Executive Vice President and Senior Lender
Ted J. Dondanville serves as the Executive Vice President and Senior Lender at Citizens Business Bank. Mr. Dondanville joined Citizens Business Bank in September of 1998 when he opened the Glendale Business Financial Center as a De Novo office. In July of 2003, Mr. Dondanville was promoted to Senior Vice President and Manager of the Burbank Business Financial Center. He was promoted to Regional Manager of the San Gabriel Valley market area in 2006 and currently manages the Commercial Banking Centers in that region. Mr. Dondanville has 35 years of banking, administration, credit, and sales experience. He began his banking career with Security Pacific Bank.

Mr. Dondanville received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Loyola Marymount University. He received his Certificate of Advanced Banking from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
David F. Farnsworth
Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
David Farnsworth is the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for Citizens Business Bank. He started his banking career over 30 years ago and has been employed in credit management and line positions since 1984. Mr. Farnsworth began his employment with Key Bank and over a sixteen-year period, progressed to Senior Vice President and Regional Credit Risk Manager. Thereafter, he held senior credit management positions with US Bank and AmSouth Bank. Most recently he was Executive Vice President, Global Risk Management and National CRE Risk Executive at BBVA Compass in Denver, Colorado.

Mr. Farnsworth received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Utah State University.
Hector G. Gutierrez, Esq.
Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Credit Officer
Hector G. Gutierrez, Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Credit Officer, joined Citizens Business in January of 2011. Mr. Gutierrez’s professional career includes 33 years of banking, lending, and management experience. Prior to joining Citizens Business Bank, he served in various capacities over 22 years at Community Bank including senior-level positions as Senior Vice President and Credit Administrator and as Vice President and Business Center Manager. Mr. Gutierrez began his banking career at First Trust Bank in 1983 where he worked in its Corporate Banking Group as a Senior Commercial Banking Officer.

He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California, and a Juris Doctor with honors from Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles, California. Mr. Gutierrez is also licensed by the California State Bar to practice law as an Attorney in California.

Michael B. Mulcahy
Senior Vice President, Los Angeles Region
Mike Mulcahy joined the Bank in November 2007 as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager responsible for the business financial centers located in the South Bay, including Manhattan Beach, Torrance, and El Segundo. His region has since expanded to include several centers in the San Gabriel Valley. Mike’s professional career incorporates over thirty years of commercial banking and private equity experience, sales, marketing, and business development. His banking experience includes Senior Leadership positions Wells Fargo Bank, Security Pacific Bank, and Washington Mutual.

Mike received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Tennessee and the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management at Stanford University. He is also a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington where he graduated with honors.
Mark C. Richardson
Senior Vice President, Manager of Real Estate Banking Group
Mark Richardson joined Citizens Business Bank in July of 2002. Mr. Richardson is currently Manager of the Real Estate Banking Group, which includes SBA lending. Mr. Richardson was previously with Western Security Bank for nine years and was responsible for managing the SBA Department at that institution. Previous to this position, he was also employed by the United States Small Business Administration in their Los Angeles District Office. Since joining Citizens Business Bank, he became Manager of the Glendale Business Financial Center in July of 2003. In October of 2005, he became Senior Vice President and Manager of the Pasadena Center. Three years later, he was promoted to Senior Vice President and Regional Manager who was responsible for the 10 Business Financial Centers located in the San Gabriel Valley. In 2010, the Real Estate Banking Group was formed.

He is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Economics. He obtained his Master of Business Administration Degree from Pepperdine University.
Michael D. Stain
Senior Vice President and Regional Manager
Michael Stain joined the Bank in 2013 as the Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of the Central Valley Region. Mr. Stain has been in Banking for 36 years with broad experience in commercial, agribusiness, real estate lending, along with experience in private banking. His banking experience includes marketing and credit positions with Bank of America and PNC Bank, along with senior leadership roles at Wells Fargo.

Mr. Stain graduated with a Master in Business Administration Degree from Duquesne University in Finance and Marketing. He also received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Fresno Pacific University.
David S. Stong
Senior Vice President, San Diego Region
David Stong joined Citizens Business Bank in December 2015 as Senior Vice President and Manager of the San Diego County region. David has more than 30 years of experience in commercial banking, strategic planning, and building relationships with middle-market businesses. Prior to joining the bank, he served as Senior Vice President and San Diego Division Manager in Commercial Banking for Banner Bank, where he was responsible for management, staff recruitment and training, asset liability, growth, and quality. He has also worked for Security Business Bank, Pacific Western Bank, and First National Bank.

David is a board member and treasurer of Poinsettia Center for the Arts and on the board of the San Diego chapter of the Risk Management Association. David received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantitative Analysis and Decision Theory from the University of California at San Diego.
Robert E. Zeltner
Senior Vice President, Orange County Region
Robert E. Zeltner, Senior Vice President and Orange County Regional Manager, has a professional career that incorporates over 32 years of banking experience with an extensive background in management, relationship-oriented commercial banking, business planning, sales, and operations. Mr. Zeltner leads all banking activities for Citizens Business Bank’s locations throughout Orange County, CA. Prior to his current position, he served as Senior Vice President and Manager of the Katella Business Financial Center, and oversaw the activities of the Newport Beach Commercial Banking Center and Citizens Equipment Financing. Before joining Citizens Business Bank, he served as Executive Vice President, Southern Division Head, for Pacific Mercantile Bank, and Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Division Head, for Tokai Bank of California.

Mr. Zeltner received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance and Economics from the University Of Southern California.

Raymond Vincent O’Brien III
Chairman, CVB Financial Corp.
Raymond V. O’Brien III is Chairman of the Board and has served on our Board since 2012. Mr. O’Brien has an extensive background in both manufacturing and banking. Mr. O’Brien began his professional career in banking in 1979 with Chase Manhattan Bank and moved to 1st Business Bank in 1983. In 1988, he left the banking profession and became CEO and owner of I.L. Walker, a Los Angeles-based manufacturing company. Over the next two-plus decades, Mr. O’Brien owned and led several manufacturing companies. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and owner of Cal Plate, Inc., based in Artesia, CA. Mr. O’Brien was a founding director of American Business Bank in 1997 and served as a director at that institution until 2012. Mr. O’Brien earned his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 1979. He is an active“49er” member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.

Mr. O’Brien is Chairman of the Compensation Committee, the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and is a member of the Audit Committee for CVB Financial Corp. He is also Chairman of the Balance Sheet Management Committee and is a member of the Risk Management Committee, the Loan Committee and the Trust Services Committee of the Citizens Business Bank Board. Mr. O’Brien’s qualifications to sit on our Board include his operational and financial expertise gained from the successful operation of a number of business entities, as well as his direct experience as a banker and bank director.
George A. Borba
Vice Chairman, CVB Financial Corp.
George A. Borba, Jr. is Vice-Chairman of the Board and has served on our Board since 2012. Mr. Borba, a dairy farmer, became a partner in George Borba & Son Dairy, L.P. in 1990. He is currently President of Belonave Dairy and 5 Mile Ranch LLC, both located in Bakersfield, California, which together represent one of the larger dairy operations in the State of California. Mr. Borba earned a B.S. in Agricultural Business Management with a concentration in Finance from the California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo. He has served on various boards in San Bernardino and Kern Counties and is active in the Bakersfield community. Currently, Mr. Borba serves as a Board member of Bethany Homeless Shelter and the Alliance Against Family Violence and Sexual Assault.

Mr. Borba is the Chairman of Trust Services Committee and a member of the Balance Sheet Management Committee, the Loan Committee, and the Risk Management Committee of Citizens Business Bank. He is also a member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of CVB Financial Corp. Mr. Borba brings to the Board a deep understanding of the dairy and agricultural industries, which are key components of Citizens Business Bank's loan portfolio, as well as strong connections within the business community in the Central Valley of California, which is an important region for Citizens Business Bank's current and future growth.

Stephen A. Del Guercio
Director, CVB Financial Corp. & Citizens Business Bank
Stephen A. Del Guercio has served on our Board since 2012. Mr. Del Guercio is presently a partner with the law firm of Demetriou, Del Guercio, Springer & Francis, LLP. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1986. His practice areas include real estate and corporate transactional law, serving mid-sized businesses and high net worth individuals. He received his B.A. from the University of Southern California, graduating magna cum laude in 1983, and he received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School, graduating Order of the Coif in 1986. Mr. Del Guercio served on the City Council of the City of La Canada Flintridge from 2001 to 2013, including three one-year terms as Mayor. He is also involved with various community and charitable organizations in the greater Pasadena and Los Angeles areas.

Mr. Del Guercio is a member of the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee, and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of CVB Financial Corp. He is also the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and a member of the Balance Sheet Management Committee and the Trust Services Committee of the Citizens Business Bank Board. Mr. Del Guercio’s qualifications to sit on the Board include his legal and financial experience and his extensive contacts in the business community within which Citizens Business Bank operates.
Rodrigo A. Guerra Jr.
Director, CVB Financial Corp. & Citizens Business Bank
Rodrigo Guerra, Jr. was appointed as a Board Member of CVB Financial Corp. and a Director of Citizens Business Bank, effective July 1, 2017. During his career as a Partner of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP, Mr. Guerra represented leading companies, investment banks, and institutional investors helping to navigate complex and challenging corporate matters. Prominent representations in the financial industry included Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC. Mr. Guerra was also listed in The Best Lawyers in America, recognized since 2007 for his work in Corporate Law. Mr. Guerra earned a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Human Biology from Stanford University and a Masters of Business Administration Degree and Juris Doctor Degree from University of California at Los Angeles. He has served as a Commissioner for the Los Angeles County Local Government Services Commission and as a Board Member for the Los Angeles Center for Law & Justice, Polytechnic School and the Descanso Gardens Guild.

Mr. Guerra is a member of the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee, and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of CVB Financial Corp. He is also a member of the Balance Sheet Management Committee, the Risk Management Committee and the Trust Services Committee of the Citizens Business Bank Board.
Marshall V. Laitsch
Director, CVB Financial Corp. & Citizens Business Bank
Marshall V. Laitsch was appointed as a director of CVB Financial Corp. and Citizens Business Bank effective August 10, 2018. Mr. Laitsch is a retired banking executive and was Chairman of the Board at Community Bank from 2014 until its merger with Citizens Business Bank. Over the past decade, Mr. Laitsch has served on the boards of directors of several banks based in California and New Jersey, including Professional Business Bank, Bank of Manhattan and College Savings Bank, as well as on the board of The Management Trust, a property management company. From 1999 to 2007, he held the position of President and CEO at a succession of financial institutions in California and Hawaii, including Pacific Century Financial Corporation, Sunwest Bank, Bank of Orange County and Placer Sierra Bank. Earlier in his career, he served in the U.S. Army and in a variety of officer positions at larger national banking organizations, including Continental Illinois, Crocker National Bank, Citicorp and Union Bank, where he worked in commercial lending, corporate banking, leveraged buy-outs, and merger and acquisition financing. Mr. Laitsch has been involved in a variety of roles with the Orange County Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He received his both his B.A. in business administration and his M.B.A. in finance from Western Illinois University, in 1970 and 1973, respectively.

Mr. Laitsch is a member of the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee, and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of CVB Financial Corp. He is also a member of the Balance Sheet Management Committee, the Risk Management Committee and the Trust Services Committee of the Citizens Business Bank Board. Mr. Laitsch’s qualifications to sit on our Board include his deep experience as a financial services executive and bank board member as well as his significant connections to and service with Community Bank from a continuity standpoint, and he is a prominent member of the business community in Orange County, which is an important region for Citizens Business Bank.

Kristina M. Leslie
Director, CVB Financial Corp. & Citizens Business Bank
Kristina M. Leslie was appointed as a director of CVB Financial Corp. and Citizens Business Bank effective August 24, 2015. Ms. Leslie began her career at Paramount Communications in New York, serving in a variety of financial management roles, including treasury, investor relations, and strategic planning. Following the acquisition of Paramount by Viacom, Ms. Leslie served as Director of Financial Planning for Viacom with responsibility for financial and strategic planning for Paramount Pictures, Madison Square Garden and the publisher, Simon and Schuster. In 1996, Ms. Leslie relocated to California to join DreamWorks, then in its infancy, as Head of Strategic Planning and Corporate Finance, where she oversaw financial planning, strategic partnerships and all investor and banking relationships. She became Chief Financial Officer of DreamWorks in 2003 and led the $840 million initial public offering of DreamWorks Animation in 2004. She continued to serve as DreamWorks’ CFO until her retirement in 2007.

Ms. Leslie is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of CVB Financial Corp. She is also a member of the Balance Sheet Management Committee, the Risk Management Committee and the Trust Services Committee of the Citizens Business Bank Board. Additionally, Ms. Leslie is a Director of Blue Shield of California, serving as Chairman of its Audit Committee, a member of its Finance and Investment Committee and Quality Improvement Committee. She is a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Glassdoor, Inc., an online job and recruiting marketplace. Ms. Leslie is also a trustee at Flintridge Preparatory School in La Canada, California.

Ms. Leslie earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Bucknell University and her Master of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Columbia University.
Anna Kan
Director, CVB Financial Corp. & Citizens Business Bank
Anna Kan was appointed as a director of CVB Financial Corp. and Citizens Business Bank effective July 28, 2016. Ms. Kan served as the President and CEO of privately held Formosa Meat Company (dba Golden Island Jerky) from 1997 to 2013. Under her leadership, the company achieved seventeen consecutive years of growth and was known for innovation. In 2013, Ms. Kan negotiated a successful sale of the company to Hillshire Brands.

Today, Ms. Kan is the CEO of Mustard Seed Enterprises, Inc., a private investment company dedicated to providing capital, expertise and guidance for early stage companies in consumer products, manufacturing and service industries. She serves as Chairwoman of the Board of California Manufacturing Technology Consulting (CMTC), the largest Manufacturing Extension Partnership center in the U.S. which, in partnership with U.S. Department of Commerce, is dedicated to serving and promoting U.S. manufacturing. Ms. Kan earned her B.A. in communication studies from the University of Iowa and her MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Ms. Kan is a member of the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee, and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of CVB Financial Corp. She is also a member of the Balance Sheet Management Committee, the Risk Management Committee and the Trust Services Committee of the Citizens Business Bank Board. Ms. Kan’s qualifications to sit on the CVB and CBB Boards include her organizational and strategic planning expertise, together with her experience in innovation, growth strategies and deep customer insight.
Hal W. Oswalt
Director, CVB Financial Corp. & Citizens Business Bank
Hal W. Oswalt was appointed as a director of CVB Financial Corp. and Citizens Business Bank effective January 1, 2014. Mr. Oswalt spent 16 years as a commercial banker in Oklahoma, where he served as President, CEO and Director of community banks in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. He has extensive experience working in the financial consulting industry where his roles have included serving as Managing Director of Global Consulting Services for an international IT software and outsourcing provider, Managing Director of Sheshunoff Consulting Services, President of Brintech, Inc., President of SC+S Risk Management Services and President of Oswalt Consulting. Mr. Oswalt has managed consulting projects throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia. He earned a B.S. in Business and an M.B.A. from Oklahoma State University. He is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin’s Graduate School of Banking.
