First Financial Bancorp. is a Cincinnati, Ohio based bank holding company. As of September 30, 2016, the Company had $8.4 billion in assets, $5.8 billion in loans, $6.3 billion in deposits and $861.1 million in shareholders’ equity. The Company’s subsidiary, First Financial Bank, N.A., founded in 1863, provides banking and financial services products through its four lines of business: Commercial and Private Banking, Retail Banking, Investment Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Finance. These business units provide traditional banking services to business and retail clients. Commercial and Private Banking includes First Financial Wealth Management, which provides wealth planning, portfolio management, trust and estate, brokerage and retirement plan services and had approximately $2.4 billion in assets under management as of September 30, 2016. Matthew B. Burgess
Chief Internal Auditor
Matthew Burgess is Executive Vice President and Chief Internal Auditor for First Financial Bancorp and First Financial Bank, a position he has held since October 2011 when he joined First Financial. Before joining First Financial, Mr. Burgess held audit department leadership and audit director positions in several financial institutions and has 35 years of experience in external audit, internal audit and internal control consulting, primarily in the financial services industry. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (State of Michigan), a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. Mr. Burgess is also a board member and Treasurer for the Cincinnati Education and Research for Veterans Foundation (CERVf).
Claude E. Davis
Chief Executive Officer
Claude Davis is the Chief Executive Officer of both First Financial Bancorp and First Financial Bank, positions he has held since October 1, 2004. He also serves as a director of First Financial Bancorp and as the Chairman of the Board of First Financial Bank. Mr. Davis has over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Mr. Davis was elected to the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland in 2013 and has served on its Executive Committee and Audit Review Committee since January 2014, and began serving as chair of the Audit Review Committee as of January 1, 2016. Mr. Davis also serves as a member of the Cincinnati Business Committee and the American Banker’s Council.
Richard S. Dennen
President, Commercial Finance
Rick Dennen is President of Commercial Finance, a division of First Financial Bank, and oversees First Financial’s national lending businesses: Oak Street Funding and First Franchise Capital. Oak Street Funding provides loan financing and servicing to the insurance, investment advisor and certified public accounting industries, while First Franchise Capital provides financial solutions for quick serve restaurant franchisees. Mr. Dennen has more than 25 years in the financial services industry. He is an active certified public accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
John M. Gavigan
Chief Financial Officer
John Gavigan is the Chief Financial Officer of First Financial Bancorp and First Financial Bank, positions he has held since December 2014. He is responsible for the Company’s Finance, Accounting, Treasury and Investor Relations areas. He previously served as Corporate Controller from 2011 through 2014 and as Assistant Controller from 2008 through 2011. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Manager of Business Risk Consulting for Protiviti Inc. Mr. Gavigan graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and is a certified public accountant (inactive).
Shannon M. Kuhl
Chief Legal Officer & Chief Compliance Officer
Shannon Kuhl is the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of First Financial Bancorp and First Financial Bank. She served as Chief Bank Counsel from August 2013 until November 2013. Ms. Kuhl served as Associate General Counsel from her hire in 2006 until August 2013.
C. Douglas Lefferson
Chief Credit Officer
Doug Lefferson presently holds the position of Chief Credit Officer of First Financial Bank. Mr. Lefferson is responsible for managing & monitoring the loan portfolio & other related credit functions in a risk appropriate manner including underwriting, approval, & collections. Prior to his current role, Mr. Lefferson has held the positions of President, Community Banking, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lefferson is also a Board Member for the Architectural Foundation of Cincinnati and the Reds Hall of Fame. Mr. Lefferson joined First Financial in 1986.
Bradley J. Ringwald
President, Community Banking
Mr. Ringwald currently serves as the Community Banking President. He oversees the bank’s development efforts for Consumer, Commercial, and Wealth Management teams and works closely with local market leadership. Mr. Ringwald first joined the Bank in 2006 and has held various executive and management positions since then in specialty banking, corporate banking, commercial and industrial lending, and special assets. Mr. Ringwald has over 20 years of commercial banking experience and is a certified public accountant (inactive).
William J. Sorg
Chief Risk Officer
William “Skip” Sorg is the Chief Risk Officer of First Financial Bancorp and First Financial Bank, a position he has held since December 2014. He previously served as the First Vice President of Financial Planning and Balance Sheet Management from April 2013 through November 2014. Mr. Sorg joined First Financial in October 2009 as the Vice President of Asset Liability Management, a position he held through March 2013. He has 13 years of experience in the financial services industry in addition to serving as a commissioned officer in the US Army for five years. He is an active volunteer with the Boys Scouts of America and West Point Society of Cincinnati.
Anthony M. Stollings
President & Chief Operating Officer
Anthony Stollings is President and Chief Operating Officer of First Financial Bancorp and Chief Operating Officer of First Financial Bank, a position he has held since December 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of each of First Financial Bancorp and First Financial Bank from January 2013 through November 2014. Mr. Stollings also served as the Chief Risk Officer of each of First Financial Bancorp and First Financial Bank from September 2011 through January 2013. Mr. Stollings served as the Chief Accounting Officer of each of First Financial Bancorp and First Financial Bank from his hire in December 2006 until September 2011. He has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Chairman
Mr. Knapke is a partner of Knapke Law Office (Celina, Ohio). He has served on the board of directors of First Financial Bancorp since 1983, and has held the position of Chairman since 2009.
J. Wickliffe Ach
Vice Chairman
Mr. Ach is President and Chief Executive Officer of Hixson Inc. located in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has been a director of First Financial Bancorp since 2007 and presently serves as Vice Chair.

Mr. Ach serves on the board of directors of Hixson Inc. and Setzer Corp. (a private construction contractor located in Dayton, Ohio). He is active in several civic and community organizations, and currently serves on the board of directors of the CISE Foundation, a Cincinnati not-for-profit organization.
David S. Barker
Mr. Barker is the President and Chief Executive Officer of SIHO Insurance Services, (Columbus, Indiana). He has served on the board of directors of First Financial Bancorp since 2010. He has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry.

He is active in many civic and community endeavors, including serving as current Chairman of the Indiana University Purdue University Columbus Board of Advisors, a Board member of the Heritage Fund Community Foundation, and a member of the Indiana University Advisory Board for Psychological & Brain Sciences School of Neurology. Mr. Barker has been a Board member and past Chairman of the Columbus Area Economic Growth Council, the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce, and the United Way, as well as serving as a board member of the Riley’s Children’s Foundation (Columbus Leadership Team).
Cynthia O. Booth
Ms. Booth is the President and Chief Executive Officer of COBCO Enterprises, LLC, which owns six McDonald's restaurants in the Cincinnati area. She has served on the board of directors of First Financial Bancorp since 2010.

Prior to forming COBCO Enterprises, Ms. Booth held various executive positions at Firstar Bank (now U.S. Bank) in Cincinnati.

She is active in several civic and community organizations, including serving as a director and the treasurer of the Greater Cincinnati Regional Chamber of Commerce and as a director of the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati.
Claude E. Davis
Claude Davis is the Chief Executive Officer of both First Financial Bancorp and First Financial Bank, positions he has held since October 1, 2004. He also serves as a director of First Financial Bancorp and as the Chairman of the Board of First Financial Bank. Mr. Davis has over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Corinne R. Finnerty
Ms. Finnerty is the principal and sole shareholder of the law firm of McConnell Finnerty PC located in North Vernon, Indiana. She has over 30 years of experience representing financial institutions in a wide variety of legal matters. Ms. Finnerty was previously a director of a former affiliate bank of First Financial from 1987 to 2005 and joined the board of the Company in 1998.

Ms. Finnerty served as a member of the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission from 2003 to 2013.
Peter E. Geier
Mr. Geier is principal of PGeier Consulting, LLC, a business consulting firm. As of April 1, 2016, he is a Senior Lecturer at the Fisher College of Business, Department of Management Science at The Ohio State University. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Ohio State University Health System and the Chief Operating Officer of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center from 2001 to 2015. He has served on the board of directors of First Financial Bancorp since 2014.

Mr. Geier presently serves on the board of Santa Rosa Consulting, a for-profit consulting firm, as well as serving previously on the board of the Ronald McDonald House and the boards of the following not-for-profit hospitals: University Hospital, Ross Heart Hospital, Harding Hospital, James Cancer Hospital, The Ohio State University Hospital East, The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, and Children Hospital.
Susan L. Knust
Ms. Knust is the owner and managing member of K.P. Properties of Ohio, K.P. Properties of Colorado, and K.P. Properties of Florida and the owner and managing member/president of Omega Warehouse Services Monroe, Ohio). She has served on the board of directors of First Financial Bancorp since 2005.
William J. Kramer
Mr. Kramer is the Vice President of Operations of Valco Companies, Inc. (Coldwater, Ohio). He has served on the board of directors of First Financial Bancorp since 2005. He was also a director of a former affiliate bank of First Financial from 1987 to 2005.
Jeffrey D. Meyer
Mr. Meyer is owner and President of Clean Title Agency, Inc. (Columbus, Ohio). He is also a part owner/operator of three other title agencies in central Ohio: Columbia Title Agency, Leadership Title Agency, and Win Title Agency. He has served on the board of directors of First Financial Bancorp since 2014.

Mr. Meyer was a founder and director of The First Bexley Bank in Columbus, Ohio, which was acquired by First Financial in 2014. Mr. Meyer presently serves on the Board of Trustees and is President of The Columbus Jewish Foundation.
Richard E. Olszewski
Mr. Olszewski is the owner and operator of two 7-Eleven Food Store franchises (Griffith, Indiana). He has served on the board of directors of First Financial Bancorp since 2005. He was also a director of a former affiliate bank of First Financial from 1995 to 2005.
Maribeth Sembach Rahe
Ms. Rahe is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. (Cincinnati, Ohio) as of 2003. She also services on the board of directors of Fort Washington Advisors, Inc. Ms. Rahe has served on the board of directors of First Financial Bancorp since 2010.

Ms. Rahe has more than 40 years of experience in the banking and financial services industries, most of which have been in management or executive management positions.

She currently serves as a director of Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNSL). Ms. Rahe is involved in and serves as a director (or in an equivalent position) of several organizations, including:

John T. Neighbours
Mr. Neighbours is a partner in the law firm of Faegre Baker Daniels. He has practiced law for over 40 years and has represented employees throughout the country in all aspects of labor and employment law. Additionally, he has become an adviser to business, educational and not-for-profit executives on a variety of topics which assist them in problem solving. He has served on the board of directors of First Financial Bancorp since 2015.

Mr. Neighbours presently serves on the board of Real Estate Corporation of America. He is involved in and serves as a director (or in an equivalent position) of a number of non-profit and civic organizations including:

  • Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce
  • United Way of Central Indiana
  • Meadows Community Foundation (Chair)
  • Charles A. Tindley Accelerated Schools
  • Indianapolis Public Safety Foundation

In addition, he served as a council member for the American Bar Association - Section on Labor and Employment Law for 12 years, as well as chairman of the Developments Under the National Labor Relations Act Committee from 1997 to 2000. He also served on the Labor Relations Committee for the United States Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Neighbours is also active in the Indianapolis real estate market, with 35 years of experience in development and leasing activities, including development projects in low income areas. His most recent development project involves managing a $100 million investment in a low income area and coordinating the development with the City of Indianapolis, the local YMCA, healthcare providers, and charter schools.
