Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.


On September 19, 2019, Patrick E. Brady notified SB One Bancorp (the “Company”) that he would resign from his positions as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company and as a member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Brady did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
