Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (the “Company”) announced on June 25, 2019, that it will report its financial and operating results for the quarter ending June 30, 2019 on Thursday, July 25, 2019, after the market closes. The Company will conduct its quarterly conference call on Friday, July 26, 2019, at 9:00 AM ET.
