On May 17, 2019, the following proposals were approved by the stockholders of Purple Innovation, Inc. (the “Company”) at the Company’s 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders:

·Election of eight directors to serve until their successors are duly elected and qualified at the next annual meeting of stockholders or until their earlier death, resignation or removal; and


·Ratification of the selection of BDO USA, LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019.
