Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The Corporation held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on May 13, 2019. A total of 7,097,653 shares of the Corporation’s common stock entitled to vote were present or represented by proxy at the Annual Meeting constituting a quorum for the transaction of business. The Corporation’s shareholders considered the proposals set forth in the Corporation’s proxy statement for the Annual Meeting, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 3, 2019 (the "Proxy Statement”), and took the following actions with respect thereto:


Proposal 1: Election of Directors. The shareholders considered the nominees for election as directors named in the Proxy Statement and elected each of Richard W. Culp, Michael Westra and Howard R. Yeaton to the Board of Directors of the Corporation to serve as a director for a three-year term expiring in 2022. The following are the results of the voting:
