Regulation FD Disclosure.
Marathon Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) intends to temporarily suspend its practice of providing certain financial and statistical “Market Data” information that it has previously provided through its Investor Relations website. The Company is considering revisions to the format of the information provided in light of its recent acquisition of Andeavor. The Company will provide further notification when its provision of such information is scheduled to resume.
