Access National Corporation (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: ANCX) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) on October 12, 2018 announcing that it will release third quarter 2018 results after the market closes on Thursday, October 25, 2018 and conduct a quarterly earnings conference call on Friday, October 26, 2018 at 9:00 am. Eastern Daylight Time during which the Company will discuss third quarter results and provide an update on recent activities.  A copy of the Press Release announcing the conference call information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
